My great uncle and his friends did a prank in the 1950's. They filled the water fountain w/ detergent overflowing it W/ bubbles. I know you're resting in peace Uncle Johnny.

It will be gentrified soon. It was an Italian community when we lived there. We left in the 70’s when crime got outta control.
