I met Danny about 15 years ago on a movie set I was working on and he's the real deal. Super funny and so outgoing. He hungout more with us crew members than the other cast members.
My cousin directed Danny on some low budget movie he was making at the time (back when my cousin first started directing) and Danny and Peter Dante took him out one night and my cousin said it was the wildest night of his life
The company who made Blood in Blood Out was owned by Disney. They wanted to pull the plug on the movie because of the trouble with American Me. They didn’t do any sort of advertising for it
@@steveotelevision I have a suggestion, you did one with Casey Neistat. 2020 you did a movie with Pauly Shore called Guest house. Which had none other then Ed Bassmaster in it. He’s one of the legit RU-vid OG’s and deserves to be on here! What’s up with that Steve-O? LOL PSH
I can't believe this is only episode 64. I've been watching since day 1 and haven't missed an episode. I feel like this show has been part of my life for years.
Great fucking movie, first time saw it in German visiting my cousin. Ofcourse when i came back had to see it again in English. Vatos locos Simone. Coconuts from San Quinton.
I met Danny Trejo about 4 years ago at Wizard World Chicago. They say never meet your idols because you will be disappointed. My son wore a Trejo's Tacos Shirt, I had a Danny Trejo shirt and Trejo's tacos hat on. While I was deciding which 8×10 to have signed, he asked my son's name. I told him and he proceeded to grab a Spy Kids 8×10 and signed it to my son and told him he is his Uncle Machete, informed him that he is a Spy Kid and to do good in school. Gave it to him for free and then after we took our group photo, he said he wanted a photo with just my son. He told my son to flex his muscles and they both did for the photo. That photo was also free. He then asked me my address. I didn't think much of it, maybe another signed 8×10 one day or mailing list. 3 weeks later i received a signed machete with a "MACHETE" movie plaque by the handle. Danny is proof that it is never too late to change your life. My opinion was only raised even higher after I met him. He is genuine and that is rare! Thank you Danny!
@Rü Bən Spotifys app playback has too many issues just playing on a phone, you'd think they'd be able to afford to fix it with all the money they're throwing around trying to lock down so many podcasts
Hey Steve, so proud of you and you're sobriety. I've been really struggling for the past 4 months. Im 26 and can't seem to get it together. In the trenches right now and just want to reach out and say you're an inspiration. Thanks man
You’re only 26 bro. Things will be rocky. You clearly understand change is needed. Continue to embrace your emotions and although it may seem impossible at the moment, you will start to figure things out. If you have someone you confide in, share your thoughts and emotions. Communicate. Don’t ever expect anything from anyone. No one owes you anything but you do owe yourself kindness and compassion. Simplify your life. Be easy on yourself. Just know that when/if you fall, make sure you always get up. Wish you much success!
Narcotics or alcohol you can put it down andrew. Im 28 and ive only been clean for 11 months and yeah its hard but now everyday is like a birthday (stereotype). Reach out to a group around you find out if there is an N/A or A/A group around you
I was stuck myself bro and it was hard bro really really tough fr but I managed to get off and break my addiction. I promise you it feels better when you stop I'm dead serious, you got this brother I'm also 26 you still have a long life ahead please don't cut it short. Don't ever let the drug do you. 💪💪
“Don’t ask me anything fucked up”, first and only movie star that gets to the point in under 2 minutes and means it, respect. I have been a fan of Mr. Trejo for years, amazing actor and more important an amazing human being. Steve-O’s Wild Ride, thank you for all of these interviews, informative as well as entertaining getting to know these people that I have seen for years, outstanding sir !
Danny Trejos book is so damn good. If you think he's a bad ass now and you haven't read his book yet, you will think he's an even bigger bad ass! Love him!
That’s one game that needs to be revamped, you know how much profit it would bring for these greedy companies? I just want to play the game again with better graphics and maybe just a few new rappers lol
Back in February 2020 before everything went crazy with covid I was in LA for the first time having some tacos at a Mexican restaurant in Hollywood that happened to be owned by Danny. While eating these freakin delicious tacos Danny shows up OUT OF NOWHERE to visit his restaurant. So me and my friend wave at him when he passes by our table, he smiles, we chat for a bit about food and LA and how my trip has been so far, and takes pictures with us. I tell him that was the best taco I ever ate and he smiled and thanked us. Super sweet dude.
The funniest part of Steve-O's podcast is he always show some products on his podcast as like commercials on TV, it is so very hilarious how he's so very excited to show that products on his podcast and talking about them. It is so very funny and make me laugh so very hard.
Glenner Town Square, a new care facility for dementia patients in California, was built to resemble a town from the 1950s. It's an application of 'reminiscence therapy,' which uses prompts from a person's past to elicit memories and encourage conversation. They really should build an addition like this on the whitehouse
@@_imV Yeah really. I'm not American..but based on what I see on TV and read about, their president is not mentally fit to run the country. He is pretty much senile and is making poor decision after poor decision. Yet, the people that elected him are in complete denial. It is really scary to watch.
Danny did sum time in prison he also saved someone's life before jst 2 fun facts about Danny plus he was killed by Michael Myers& a predator+a 3 headed shark and by the firefly family.
I gotta say as a Chicana Mr. Trejo is one of the best role models that chicanos in the prison system and just anybody really that has had a hard life can look up too!! He is so inspirational!!! Just got his book for my hubby for Xmas!! So proud of you also SteveO!!
Trejo is a real down to earth authentic human being. I really admire how he went about changing his life and helping others. Even though hes a celebrity, he still helps the less fortunate. Unlike celebs that only care about others when the cameras are rolling, Danny does it from his heart and doesnt care if it will make a good story. For that alone I commend the man and appreciate the efforts he makes, and has made, to help the community. He really is a great soul.
I can't tell you how much I love your Podcast. I've watched every single episode and love the way you interact, promote, and focus on real stuff. Kudos.
I absolutely love Danny. This dude makes me feel like his a very caring uncle. Steve-O and Danny are both great role models in the sense of life experience.
Awesome episode man, with an absolute legend. It’s been so cool to see Steve-o grow his communication skills and to see that evolution as the episodes progress. Keep up the good work man
@@2munkey2 he's come a long way from how he used to be when he first started. I have the same issue with railroading people myself at times, it's something I try my best to make a conscious effort to address and Steve-o seems to be doing the same. I'm sure It's hard to feel out the conversation, especially when he's excited to talk to the guest and has to gather his thoughts and all. Rogan makes it look so easy, and after doing 1600 podcasts he has alot of practice.
First time I ever got sober was when I went to los padrinos juvenile hall. I was 14 and suicidal on meth. I’m a Mescalero Apache chicana and Trejo has always been a great inspiration to me
If you haven't read his brand new book, I highly recommend it. Danny T's life story is absolutely fascinating! This dude is literally a legend!! Love me some Danny T!!!
Your podcast is rockin Steve-O! You've always had tons of moxie and are one of the best stars of our time! Please keep up the great work to you, Scott, and Paul!
