Don't get all the hate for Drake supposedly stealing dappys style every rapper gets heavily influenced by what they grew up listening to, if I was dappy I would take it as a massive compliment
My understanding is that Drake was inspired by a different UK rapper... Dappy was around before, but his style wasn't exactly the same before... He did do a mix of rapping and singing then though... I dunno, I'd say that the similarities aren't directly related, but they might have similar roots... Either way, I much prefer Dappy lol. Never really enjoyed Drake, but maybe I've not heard any of his good stuff... I dunno.
@@Bklynreau I'm not keen on Drake myself, but he seems to have done well, so he must be good on some level, I suppose lol. As I said before, I've only heard the odd few songs of his too, so maybe he has good stuff I haven't heard yet... Maybe when I have some extra time next week I might check out a few of his songs again.
