The most I weighed and the lowest point in my life 475lbs. I was a truck driver hauling cheese to Hersey, PA. I was getting unloaded in a small parking lot and had to walk to the office to turn paperwork in. I started walking and half way through the lot my legs and back locked up and I was hunched over in pain. I almost cried but I ain’t no bitch so I started walking more and chanting to myself “you got yourself into this only you can get you outta this. Nobody ate that food but you”. I’m still fat asl now but I know for a fact I’m not 475 or anything near it. I walk 2.2 miles to work everyday and I don’t even get winded. Soon I’ll buy a scale and update y’all.

I don't know if you are going to see this, about sugar believe it or not you do need sugar and cannot eliminate it out of your diet. Let me explain there are 2 types of sugar, first one is glucose and the second one is fructose, the sugar that you wanna avoid is fructose because fructose or fructose corn syrup can cause non alcoholic fatty liver disease and it makes you fat because it metabolizes fructose into trans fat which can cause type 2 diabetes and make you fat and other problems. What you do want is glucose because your body organs and cells use it as a fuel source to basically function like how we need oxygen. Not saying to be wild I just wanted to help out a bit.
