I'm not complaining as I know we're still getting a reprint here soon but it blows my mind that both Mark Waid DD omnis got reprinted and released before Brubaker vol 2.

The market for omnibuses are really hot now. I better get this one fast. Ultimate Spider-Man vol 3 sold out fast. Some covers in 1-2 days. Ben Reilly spiderman sold out in a week. We must have a lot more buyers in the marvel omnibus market now.
I hope reprints get more stock, it feels like a lot go OOS crazy fast. Like the Ben Reilly omnibus vol 1 reprint went out of stock almost instantly on tons of the main store sites, it's crazy! 😨
Ultimate Spider-Man Vol. 3 Spider-Man by Chip Zdarsky... Omnis in general are just disappearing and it's getting back to COVID days in terms of panic setting in. We want these books, we get excited for these books and we can't wait to buy them, but life happens and you're not always fortunate to get what you were hoping for and then they all go out of print. Not fun. No one wants to wait a minimum of 2 years for yet another reprint for books that just got released lol
@@greendaleforever it's true! weirdest part is people saying IST told them they won't be getting a restock of it, which is just wild to me, given people were clambering for the restock in the first place... I guess they just underestimate demand or something? idk..
I agree. There's so many omnis collectors that Marvel shouldn't be afraid to print more copies. This year I found myself buying books that were not priorities for me out of fomo, now I just don't have the money to buy the new ones that are coming that I'm gonna miss because they'll be OOP very quickly 😢 Marvel has to reformulate its printing policy.
I've had a couple of omnis just cancelled and refunded over the past few months. Just because marvel are not printing enough copies. It's an absolute joke
hey man! ive been wanting to read everything venom, and i mean nearly EVERYTHING, and personally id love a comprehensive look at the reading order of venom. i know theres the venomnibuses and spider man vs venom but idk where to go from there. thank you, much love
After the venomnibus vol 3, read the modern epic collection vol 1: agent venom. I have the og rick remender complete collections, after those, there is the Cullen bun complete collection. After that, there’s venom space knight by Robbie Thompson vol 1 and 2, then there’s Mike Costa’s venom vol 1-3, but then switch to ASM: venom inc; after that I like to read the venom verse event, venom and x men: poison x, then venomized. After venomized is when I read the rest of Mike costas run, which vol 4, and then a mini series called first host. After that u may want to read ASM red goblin saga, the that’s when u would read the Donny cates run/ absolute carnage/king in black. Then I would read the extreme carnage event. That would catch u up to al Ewings current on going venom series. Plus there are the 2 mini series of lethal protector that take place during the og venom years
@elvaquerovaquero5243 the new printing of Vol. 1 has a different font on the spine than the new printing of Vol. 2. It's not shown in the video because Omar gave away his new printing of Vol. 1. But as someone with OCD that has both new printings, it's INCREDIBLY frustrating 😢
I didn’t notice as I gave away my copy of volume 1 in the last giveaway. So I didn’t have them side by side. Did you mean my copy of volume 2 when I slid into the shelf? Those were both first printings.
@NearMintCondition vol 1 New printing has the same font as Soule's DD omni, and vol 2 new printing has the same font as the original printing. Hope I didn't make it complicated 😅

@@NearMintCondition oh nah lol I meant for Marvel omnis xD. Seen a few mega printings in your last overviews so I thought that meant the thin IMAK printings were a thing of the past now.
Everyone should be learning to pre order now if they are complaing about books going OOS/OOP quickly. That also contributes to how many books are printed in total.
EXACTLY. People complaining books selling out fast but they won’t preorder it. That’s how marvel knows how many to print! They don’t want to over print stuff and have it go overstock and places like Ollie’s. They want to print what the demand is. It’s not hard just preorder it and you will never have to worry about OOS
Picked this up yesterday. Dumb that the logo makes vol 1 and 2 reprints look so mismatched on my shelf. Probably worse than the Avengers by Hickman reprints where the logo doesn't line up
Omar, as a fellow nerd with nothing but respect: it’s Frankenstein’s MONSTER, not Frankenstein (the scientist) that DD teams up with here. Just 2 syllables in the word monster, but most people get it wrong and I (respectfully) hold you to a higher standard, good sir!
