Just a heads up for anyone who has not read daredevil: yellow. This is really just covering the plot. The story is a bit more complex, and is about Matt writing a love letter to Karen who was recently killed by bullseye. It's a retroactive look at lees original run on the character reflecting on how much the character has changed since his original inception, going from a average swashbuckling hero to a grim and gritty vigilante. The story also is about how death has impacted his life particularly with his father for so long.
"High five!" *slaps Foggy's face* "Oh, sorry Foggy!" "That's okay, Matt. I know you didn't hit me deliberately, what with you being blind." "Of course... (Hee hee hee...)"
You really gotta read the comic to appreciate the retelling of Daredevil's early days. One of my favorite stories. I also recommend the Mark Waid run on Daredevil.
1:48 afterward the purpel man is found stuck on a convoluted franshise he will never come out of after passing by a certain "freedyfus-something pizzeria"
Peter Parker I thought you were supposed to keep your identity A SECRET. Plus he wasn't talking about you on the screen, he meant you reading that phrase makes you cry.
No, it's charlieissocoollike. He was the Purple Man back when Tennant was Ten and the Avengers Milestone in the MCU hadn't even been reached yet. Honestly, do you kids even RU-vid?
they already have hawkeye as the worlds greatest marksmen, so they cant have bullseye, because he won;t be the best and then he's just some guy that as good aim
Default Hero That's terrible logic XD read the comics, man. Bullseye is a great villain and torments DD more than anyone else on a regular basis and Hawkeye doesn't undermine him in anyway. And for the original commenter, that sounds like a great idea. I hope that they're able to follow up on the born again plot, the gladiator, the owl and other great frank miller storylines they've set up. It also seems like they're setting up for Kevin Smiths guardian angel storyline involving Matts mother to be introduced sometime later in the show. I see a lot of potential for the rest of DD's Netflix run :D
I agree that Bulleseye should be the next big bad of season 3. They already teased Bulleseye and that Kingpin will find out DD's identity. My guess is they're going to loosely follow the great Born Again storyline where Kingpin finds out Matt's identity and makes his life a living Hell. Can't wait!
And after Bullseye finds out who Daredevil really is, I'm guessing Matt's gonna have to choose who lives and who dies either Karen Page or Foggy Nelson.
my ex and i absolutely loved this story. i had the comics and i gave them to my ex when we were still dating (it was her first comic book ever). hope she's doing well and still reads them time after time
i cried so much while reading daredevil yellow (and spiderman blue) that its not even funny. loeb and sale sure aren't kidding around with these comics
Dicle Gümgüm I didn't really care for Karen Page so I didn't. Even though Karen was dead she still ruined Matt's happiness. But Mila though... I loved Mila. My heart is still breaking for Mila - the only woman Daredevil ever married. You should give Bendis and Brubaker's run a read. Its one of the best DD runs.
Just a random question: Can daredevil feel colour? Cause his senses are better than spidey's spider sense and after watching a video it appears that spiders could potentially feel the pressure of light and light has different wavelengths so.... But colour is just what light the material absorbs...
@@ThePinkMan they feel color when they see it tho, unless you mean that touch gives your mind a color but then its not the color of the thing you touch but the color of how it feels
Don't even think about buying it. It is not worth it. Let me tell you the story. There is an Inhuman who can predict the future. Captain Marvel wants to use him to stop threats before they happen but Iron Man says his visions are not accurate. Then they see a vision where Hulk is on rampage and kills a lot of superheroes so Hawkeye kills Bruce Banner. Then they see another vision where Steve Rogers is killed by Miles, so Captain Marvel says I will put him in prison so that does not happen both Captain America and Iron Man are against it. So, in order to protect Miles, Iron Man goes up against Captain Marvel and she kills him. End of story
The hanger of cliffs for season 3 should be bullseye getting one last kill and its Karen Page and he doesnt miss, Matt excepts an invitation from the Hand to be the new leader just like in the comics and Matt takes down Bullseye but runs the most evil clan in New York .... His own way
Mon Tv and then it'd be - again like in the comics - where Daredevil begins a BRUTAL war on crime to the point where Luke Cage has to come in and say "tone it down!"
Nathan Wood Ik but they could always change it up like MCU always does, and he can run the Hand by cleaning up the streets, but not kill criminals of course, Matt decides the only way to stop crime is using new methods
Would be down for a future Defender's series based on Shadowland. Although, Matt being possessed by a demon has to be changed. It should be HIS decision to start killing and it should be up to the Defenders (possibly Punisher as well) to convince him that what he's doing is wrong. And in the end, Kingpin should gain control of Shadowland and The Hand just like the comics. Or something along those lines.
Sjono If you read the damn comic, you would know that Karen asked for Daredevil to change his costume to full on red cause she admired the color. *Then when she died he wore it in memory of her.*
