Michael is autistic and very sensitive to being touched. Elizabeth is mean but doesn't really want to be on the inside. Mrs. Afton was not the best mother, she treated her kids a bit badly.

Your truth and dare are awesome! I really want to make a video relating to those things, and now I have more of an idea from your take on it. And yes, a lot of my characters do have neurological differences. Michael has high functioning autism, meaning his motor function is normal, but he has the more psychological aspects of autism. Elizabeth has borderline personality disorder. She has constant mood swings(but I'm kind of bad at showing those in videos so you don't see those often😢). Vincent has bipolar disorder, which is similar to what Elizabeth has. There are more too, but these are three examples.

Aspergers is what doctors use a lot of the time for high-functioning autism, it's on the autistic spectrum but Aspergers I suppose would be the scientific term. Having sensory issues that bad, Michael hating touch, and has some meltdowns if dealing with something for too long a meltdown can be him starting to cry, rocking back and forth in a bit of a frenzy, or all the above if he has too many sensory issues going on. (This is just a little extra, I dug into autism before because my older sister and brother both strongly suspect I have autism myself just a low-functioning one because of how awful I am with emotional and social situations and how often I need a sensory aid but...autism is often associated with ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, epilepsy, eating disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorders, down syndrome, and more.) I'm excited to see the others. Having people accurately showcase disorders is honestly really nice. Even if not often.

Yes, I really like when people correctly show disorders and things like that as well. I try my best to do my research and make sure things are right, it's upsetting when people represent it wrong :(

@@a-chocolate-enthusiast Fr especially since, like I said I've been suspected of autism but we're fairly sure I just have bad ADHD because both my siblings have it and my parents both have it we think that's just a generational thing- but I've got some disorder I'm working on getting diagnosed and while waiting I love seeing others accurately representing them in videos. When people don't make ADHD all about being hyper when the main problem with ADHD is just not being able to sit still or focus. It's not being hyper you literally just physically can not stand sitting still. But I am excited to see what you come up with for Michael and Elizabeth I'm glad I can provide some inspo there! In fact, speaking of these neurological disabilities I actually now have another dare for the young miss and that's for her to research autism and how it affects lives and such AFTER the talk with Michael, I think after she talks with him and understands things better, understanding what he struggles with would be best next. I think understanding those you dislike is better because not everything is black and white and you could mend a bad relationship just by understanding, or at least trying to, about their situation.

Well, she is certainly taking after Lora, even though she didn't want to be like her. She's mostly copying her mother's behavior because it kind of grew on her, and the new personality developed in her mind I guess? I don't know if I'm describing that right. But Elizabeth isn't a brat deep down inside, she wants to feel loved too. She also doesn't know what emotional abuse is, so she doesn't realize what she's doing :(

And learn on not to be so rude towards hr older brother. If I was her new mother and if I see her doing this to Micheal. I won't hesitate to scold her and tell her what she is doing is very dissapointing. In conclusion, don't be like your abusive parent. Break the chain and be nice to your siblings. (Did not mean to turn this into an essay but I will do it.)

Ok, why are you upset that my AU is different from what you're used to? Here's why: Because I can. I like Mike and Evan(not 'Chris' in my AU) having a good relationship. And the point of my AU is to be unique. So I did what I wanted. And I gave Elizabeth a backstory that involves her hatred for Mike. That's because I made her have a life. I tried to make her more realistic. That's why. Sorry if this sounds rude, but I'm trying not to be like the 2018 Afton stereotypes you're used to.
