Many years ago, when he was with Hootie and the Blowfish, we would go see him and the band before they were big. I'll never forget when we left Charleston, SC and we went to see them for the last time. They gave us a casette of what was to be their first released album of Cracked Rear View.

I saw Darius sing Wagon Wheel in concert here in VA/DC area. Our neighbor has a bluegrass band, and put this on a CD about 2 years before Darius sang it. They sounded awesome. Then I got to relive that elation when Darius sang it also. ❤ sounds great!

Darius Ruler has the most beautiful voice. I love everything he does. His is so talented.

I was in a depressive funk up here in the PNW. Rain, Snow, Rain. So I started watching some 90s artists on CMTs Campfire sessions. Love Darius Rucker. Did he do any campfire sessions? slowly coming out of this funk. A little sunshine in Sandy, Oregon helped too.

This song to me is, for some reason, like no other. I wouldn’t call it my favorite song but it is the only song I could listen to every day. Every time it comes on, I have to turn it up and sing to it.

i first heard this song some years ago when I was working in a factory. They pump music into the factory to help you work and amiss the grinding of the machinery I heard it and it jump out of the noise and landed right in my heart. It's been one of my favorite life songs ever since and I listen for it on our local Country station. Folks used to laugh at me because I'm old lady, Black and like Country music. I just say, "You haven't heard "Wagon Wheel".

I actually went to this concert with my pops, we always used to listen to Wagon Wheel on the way home from scouting camp outs. Mom always got confused when we’d say to put on the “coming home song”. But it’s one of my favorite memories of him

I remember seeing Darius with Hootie and the blowfish live in my hometown of Columbia SC. They would play almost every week at the same local bar. He was good then, but definitely in his element now! Really enjoying this.
