Thanks so much. The catalog is just an Access Database I made myself. First I made a simple table listing all the fields I wanted then I designed the form for easy input. I used to make these types of things back before I retired from work, so my version of Access is 20 years old! But it still works. I know a lot of people use Excel - just putting the fields into a spreadsheet but I prefer the form style rather than scrolling, and scrolling... Thank you for your condolences and for visiting.
