Hello everyone, in hotfix 51 currently the hide perk has been nerfed to 6 seconds (also makes a sound which is a bug) so it is not ranked as high in this current tier list. Most importantly, Dark and Darker is now FREE TO PLAY!!! - IMPORTANT UPDATE TO TIER LIST: HOTFIX 54 ** Recent Buffs **
HIde: S Tier (full invis, no sound, no silhouette)
Ambush: S Tier (compliments hide)
Thrust: S tier (compliments dagger armor pen)
Weakpoint Attack: S tier (compliments dagger armor pen)
Rondel 10% armor pen: S tier (compliments thrust and weakpoint attack armor pen)
Stiletto 10% armor pen: S tier (compliments thrust and weakpoint attack armor pen)
Frost Walker Skin: A Tier (-1.5% action speed instead of the initial -5% action speed)
True Physical Damage: S Tier
Weapon Damage: A Tier
Additional Physical Damage: B Tier
My recommended loadout right now is a stiletto by itself and a rondel+hcb in the other hand with Dagger Mastery + Ambush + Creep + Stealth + Hide + Cutt Throat (Thrust or Weakpoint attack is also a viable swap depending on gear)
Duel Wielding rondel+stiletto or kris+stiletto rondel+hcb to combine armor pen is strong but you sacrifice ms so play off of your advantages.

Hi, great video full of useful info. Is there difference between crouch and walk? If so, which is less noisy?

That is a great question! Normal movement has the footstep sound range set to completely fall off at 2000 units (~20M). Moving while crouching has the footstep sound range set to completely fall off at 1500 units (~15M). Walking has the sound range set to completely fall off at 1000 units (~10M). The only way to completely turn off the footstep sound within these ranges is to use the creep perk and crouch while moving!

What is the tip around 3:10? is there a potion for move speed called smoke. Potion? Or is that a perk "smoke pot" or? or does being stoned actually make me better at the game?

Great question! there is a skill for rogue called "smoke pot" that releases smoke within a certain radius that slows down your enemy by 10%!

can you explain why you have tumbling in a tier? is it good? can you give some tips on how to use it? most other rogue guides say its just meme

Great question! tumble is a true double edged sword because it allows more depth in the pvp fight by punishing and creating more openings, its just that when used incorrectly or in an obvious manner it can be punished. One of the best benefits of tumble is that you can cancel an animation in the middle of its sequence. For example, rather than jump lunging your rapier at their head you can fake the jump lunge by pressing tumble mid jump to cancel the trajectory of your jump and backstep to cause the enemy to swing and as they miss their attack you can punish them during the miss of their animation swing. Combining this with your regular strafe tech allows for more skill expression and opportunities. If you know you are about to be hit, tumbling prior to contact can help mitigate damage as they would hit a limb instead of a headshot. Ill make some more videos on it soon!

Great question! In one hand I will typically go 1 dagger (rondel or stiletto is my current preference until I test the new changes on other daggers) and in my other hand I will do a combo of 1 rapier + 1 hand cross bow. I will usually stack a few holdable slots with throwing knives and drums for ranged damage and to keep my stacks of poison on the enemy if I am running a poison weapon build. It is also not a bad idea to use 2 hand crossbows at the same time one with the dagger and one with the rapier but you will lose movement speed on the dagger. I usually use dagger for burst/dps PVP and the rapier specifically for PVE clearing as I can get more dps our of my dagger. One of the most important stats on rogue is the 15 STR because as long as you are under 15 STR you will have a negative % damage on all weapons. Once I finish some testing on the dagger updates I will try and make a rogue weapon tier list as well! :)

With gear + Jokester + Orc skin , i only reach 14 strength, what did i missed for 15 ? ( riveted gloves + heavy boots )

Thank you for pointing this out! Yes with jokester+orc+riv gloves+heavy boots you will only get 14 total str and you will either want to grab a shadow hood or shadow mask from the black market, those probably run around 40g-50g on average I believe!

Great question! The nightmare skele was avaialbe through a past season leaderboard reward but is no longer obtainable I believe. Thankfully all skins blend well in the darkness so it is mainly for aesthetic purposes, the next closest shade to nightmare would be the lycan black variant!

Why is there guides for f2p? Is there equipment f2p can’t use or? I thought we got everything paid players do.

That is a great question! This guide was made days before the F2P upgrades, I believe the main difference now is that F2P has to ind their gear in raids and legendary players are able to use the blackmarket to gear up if they have the gold. With the new updates I would adjust it now as Low Roller = under lvl 15 or under 15 STR and Higher Roller = above lvl 15 and at or above 15 STR as the need for those same perks and skills should still apply with this formula! I would also bump up hide to A tier for High Roller as they finally fixed the sound bug and removed the silhouette outline!
