Great question! I initially had 2 rogue accounts, 1 for high roller ranked leaderboards and the other for messing around in high roller pickpocketing and alternative meta builds so that I didnt mess up my rank during the season. When multi class was introduced I made a 3rd rogue account as I wanted to quickly swap between multiclass builds rather than rerolling every time. Now that multiclass has been removed I just have 3 rogue accounts to cycle between so ill probably use one for ranked leaderboards, and the other 2 accounts for alternative builds/messing around :p technically I could delete one of them but I would lose the season rewards on that character so I just keep it for now

That is a really good question! Casti used to be really op before it was nerfed and now its use case imo is either in a juiced build to amplify the 3rd hit or to activate fighters duel wield and slayer perks. In this season most daggers have been slightly adjusted and the casti does have a use case but its not always favorable depending on the situation. One major difference with the casti vs all other daggers is that the casti move speed reduction per hit is 7% slow meanwhile all other daggers give a 3% slow per hit such as the rondel or stiletto. I believe that the best use for a casti is when you are in a juiced kit to help amplify the 3rd multiplier hit to quickly dps the enemy and commit to the exchange typically. When you are juiced your dexterity and action speed can make up for the recovery time of the casti combo. It technically can still work in low roller, I just believe it could be a slight disadvantage compared to the flexibility of the attack combo/animation of the rondel or stiletto so that I can still bob, weave, duck, and jump to evade the enemy attacks and align headshots without having to consider which attack animation/swing direction in tandem with my surroundings such as door frames/terrain. Doors are a powerful tool for rogues to leverage and its more likely to potentially hit to door frame upon rushing someone with a casti with the side hit animations if you are not paying attention to which side the door opens on, where you standing when the door opens, and how you tilt your swing to avoid the door frame collision as you rush them. I will be using the casti more once the ranked season starts and I bring in good gear, I am currently just running base kit squire gear every raid and using whatever I get from pvp or looting :p In regards to the second question I typically run single or double hand crossbows depending on the build im going for. double hcb is nice when you want to keep poison dot stacks on and when you need to cutt throat an enemy from range. When I use double hcb I will use 1 dagger + 1 rapier or double daggers (slight faster weapon swap animation with daggers) if I am committing to mosquito build. When I use casti I will more than likely use it by itself and a rapier+hcb in the other hand in a juiced kit. I hope I was able to answer your questions! :p

@@HerbalLeaf I didn't realize there was a different movement speed penalty for the different dagger attacks, but the rest of that makes sense I suppose. I've been using Hide + Ambush, breaking Hide with Casti and intentionally wiffing the first two hits so I can land the 3rd hit with the damage bonus from Ambush. Its kind of annoying to pull off though because if you break stealth with anything other than the casti attacks there just strait up isn't enough time in the ambush buff window to land the 3rd hit. This could probably be mitigated with buff duration or action speed but I also just go in base gear pretty much every time (real talk the game is a lot more fun with the -25 lobbies being a thing).

@@kilikx1x casti tech is definitely a double edged sword! have you tried using weakpoint attack and applying that on hit effect with the ambush 3rd combo strike? I hear it can be juicy! Potentially duel wielding a rondel or kris with a casti in the other hand might allow you to do the first 2 animations of the left click and then 3rd right click of the casti. (I have to test it but it should work in theory, potentially faster animations overall). I really like the new changes to matchmaking so far, big W!

@@HerbalLeaf I have tried it with weakpoint but I find that Rupture is more value (on average) in low gear lobbies so I don't use weakpoint all that often. Whenever I try to combo different dual wielding attacks it just starts a new sequence over whenever I switch which weapon I am attacking with so I stopped trying to cheese the Casti combo that way. I don't know if I am doing something wrong though. A little relevant to that the game seems to buffer attacks differently from how it used to as well. I find myself swinging an extra time even if I let go of my mouse a half second ago which I don't remember being a thing before. Its actually caused some deaths before due to my character being slower than I expected.
