also this mix and other trance mixes are excellent for skipping rope exercises. not only its great music in general, it gives you rhythm, which you are going to need for these kind for excercises. when i run i preffer Drum and bass or techno.
Fookin legit set. My only problem with the set is that you shift songs a bit too much.. Like between Secret Window and Duality.. "Lost your job, lost your girlfriend" is a killer part. I hope you weren't rushing to get a lot of songs in. Otherwise super legit.
