@@trigcat3107 though there has been meat eating custom in various tribes and places of Bharat, but it depended upon climate, geography etc. Like in Bengal, we consider Fish eating as holy. There's mention of local fish breeds in sanskrit and other proto-bangla classical texts. Also in Krittivas Ramayan(a 15th century Bangla adoption of Ramayan). But vegetarianism has also been present simultaneously through last days of Buddhism and Gaudiya Vaishnavism afterwards. No Gaudiya vaishnavs ever touch fish or meat. So the traditional classical pre-islamic non-veg was rare and eaten on special occasions except fish in coasts and tribes but present among Hindus right from ancient era. But yes when we speak in specific for anyone in the path of Adhyatma or Vedic Dharma then Saatvik Ahar is must as "ahmisa" is one among the 10 attributes of Dharma and "asteya" of YogDarshan.

Beautifully explained! Love your current visuals style. As you are researching on something that is trending, it will be interesting if you make a deep dive into the Devadasis. Some people have tried (men), but they haven't done good research using multiple factual sources. I think as you are from Tamil Nadu this subject can be very interesting.

Ma’am, A few of tips for you…. Fire your sound engineers. The background music is totally unnecessary. Listen to a few NPR podcasts and see how to tell a story. You can also take some online classes on story telling. Think of yourself as sitting in a small room facing an audience of fifty people and think how do you go about narrating what you just did.
