This is one of the greatest Cartoon Network shows of all time. Originally meant for Adult Swim before switching to CN late in production, hence the now censored language and imagery, which I've alwaysfelt gave the show an edge over it's competitors. The characters are a lot of fun, the the humor is great and surprisingly mature at times, and the ways completely mundane activities or premises eventually go awry and become supernatural nightmares are sights to behold. I know you'll love it.

The creators of this show used to do psychedelics and made short animations about it like one called am in the pm or something so yes the show is intentionally very trippy sometimes

something strange i've noticed about regular show on streaming services (like the one you're using here) so some episodes in season one actually used "pissed" before being censored in later versions to "ticked" the streaming service here uses the censored version, so what you hear is "ticked" but for some reason, the subtitles they put in use the original words, so those still say "pissed" you can see it at 6:56

Insanely good show Make the effort to remember the non-regular characters that show up. *Many* of them show up a lot and there's good lore. Note that it gets REALLY crazy in the later seasons. Also, brilliant.

This show is awesome! It also had a pretty good run compared with other good shows that get cut short way to soon. This show has 8 seasons and TV movie which originally served as the ending of the whole series but Cartoon Network decided to air one or more episodes a few years after the movie!

Yeah, it’s not exactly a pure kids show. JG Quintell writes as himself then goes back and scrubs in kid friendly words. And every time you see a soda in the show, treat it as a beer. Same thing

I remember playing the game based on episode 2. First you had to distract it by throwing rocks while not getting hit (like Rigby did), and then fight with the giant avatar.

YEEESS 🔥🔥 I stopped watching CN around this era because it didn’t connect with me as much as the 2003-2008 eras that I grew up with. A few months ago I got curious about Regular Show when I saw it on Hulu and I regret not ever watching it when it aired. It was amazing (and I binged on it) when I first watched it on Hulu. It must’ve been so special for fans that got to experience that show when new episodes aired on CN. Particularly the ending was what made me regret not giving it a chance back then. No animated show has ever made me cry ‘til that episode. *EDIT:* Nvm Jiraiya dying was actually the first animated scene that made me cry. And then it was the RS finale.
