I got to say I really enjoy listening to the Dark Wave and Retro Wave genres that have been out there for past decade. To me this music is the next evolutionary phase of electronic music that picked up where the 80's and early 90's Industrial/Goth and New Beat left off. Can hear the Nitzer Ebb, Front 242, New Order, Depeche Mode, Fatal Error, Prodigy etc. influence and of course the God Fathers of them all Kraftwerk.

I'm really into this Music. I'm 61 years old and I was into this Music in the 80's. It's like I found my long lost Music from my 20's! I was streamlining this while I was processing some flowers today. One of my friends stopped by to show me something that he bought and he commented about this Music too. He said that He really enjoyed listening to these songs as well.

I love this type of music when I went to high school in Germany in the early eighties I used to go to a club called The Flash and all that played was early industrial 80s music for 242 Front Line Assembly skinny puppy places awesome brings back so many memories.

Really hard to pick out favourite tracks from such a great selection, but loved Maison Sensation, Sans Toi, Que Reste-t-il Notre Amour (those French sounds have a certain je ne sais quoi!), Just a Dream, Fade, Can't Chain and the amazing Samandar - I definitely want to hear more from Aurat.

Had an amazing experience listenin to this while reading the four last chapters of Hollow City (Miss Peregrine's House). Somehow the songs perfectly fitted with the chapters to me, specially Draumadís, even though I didn't understand a single word she was singing. I know one thing has nothing to do with the other, but just worked. I just realized that I love dark synth wave.
