Dear, I worked at infy for 8 year, now in accenture for the last 4 year, having 16 years of exp in IT industry, have travelled 6/7 countries, you have to see that people join TCS and Infy for onsite,the CTC which they give can be taken anywhere else even in company with 200 employee,more then 90% of the people to whom I know are already at onsite, whereas at accenture it is just 15 to 20%, so pros and cons is everywhere, and finally none of the company comes to our home for job, 😂so first prove ur self and then believe me u will get whatever you want❤❤❤, I am same as you who is mechanical engineer and switch to IT industry 16 year back😊❤

Hello I'm also working in infy. I'm on bench and I recently received a call from manager regarding project opportunity but I rejected it because that project was not at my base DC and they were asking me to relocate to another DC. So will I face any consequence since I've rejected the project will the company terminate me or will take any other action. Please let me know I'm really tensed

Accenture has the worst policy that if u have applied for any role and got rejected then in future u will get rejection mail just after applying for any post they will not allow u to even sit for the 1st round......

I don't think there is joining letter as such. First you get Letter of intent (LOI). After accepting LOI you get offer letter. After accepting offer letter you get a link for a portal where you can submit your documents like marksheets, etc. After submission of documents you get your laptop and your training starts

I have 13 years of experience in TCS. I can tell all service companies are piece of garbage. Don't work for any IT service company. Actually don't even think to work in IT field, go find teaching job or some government job you will be much happier. Though you will not visit any other country which is absoultly fine. Doosri country main jaa kar bhi kuch nahi ukhaad paate hai log, doosi country main bhi log ek ghar afford nahi kar paati....india main tumko easily ek ghar bana loge.

But IT field pe na jaana thoda samjh nahi aaya. Product based companies IT field ke liye bahut profit deta hai for company as well as for employees also
