Unfortunately the guest is not able to address this issue or provide insight in detail. The ground reality is different. In fact the people in their 40s are excellent communicator and navigator of the situation. Currently organizations are pushing towards LEAN structure where there will be no middle layer and they are ready to sacrifice leadership skills for the Technical ability of the individuals. Having said this there are still a good bunch of organizations who value these. The Host has also mentioned a very valid point that the people in 40s over the course of their careers have slogged like anything for their respective organizations and for them now it might become a challenge in terms of keeping up with continuous long hour and weekend working demands which is a dark reality now a days!
