This song makes me think of waking up a dawn in the city or looking out the window by your bed to see the city lights at night. Just so peaceful but eerie and calming. It's a melancholy song...so peaceful with that eerie notation. That's why I love it so much.

For some reason this song makes me really teary, something about it touches me deeply. Maybe it's because sometimes I feel like I don't really love anyone deeply enough and I'm afraid that people either will leave me behind or cling to me more than I ever would.

Kinda reminds me of my ex, she promised she’d never leave me, said she’d always be there for me, said I could always talk to her because she knew I suffered from anxiety and depression, she broke up with me a little over a week ago because of my anxiety and depression, I was having a rough week and she knew it, she just watched and walked away when all I needed was someone to tell me everything was gonna be okay. She gave up on me, I gave her my best, I gave her all I had, I gave her all of my love and attention and I didn’t get any of it back, and now I’m in even worse of a state because of my mental health :’)
