Ha, I think you're way too hard on yourself. I think it turned out really well. I love all the shops and restaurants around the show building. It all feels VERY "amusement" park.
Yeah, I think you're right.. it turned out "well" but I don't look at it and think "ah yeah, good job, well done".. It just sits "ugh" with me at the moment. I do, however love the outside shops and next week's Ghost Train..
absolutely love this. nostalgia overload! I remember going on river caves and loving the fact that you pass by the underground restaurant and can gawp at people eating their dinner 😂 love the design that you've gone for with excellent theming!
I've never been on it, but as I was reviewing "how" it was pulled together, I was like "man, this building is massive but so well hidden.. how on Earth did they do that?!" I want to, at some point, have some sort of interaction between a restaurant and a track ride - like the one that is (was) also at Europa. But I can't seem to get the framing of them right..
@Nerdchacho it's huge. and I'm sure the Gold Mine was right next to that too and that was a monster indoor ride aswell. yea the restaurant wouldn't have worked with this one but would be great to see at some point, but as you say making that work in planet coaster would be a challenge.
I love it! The whole area kinda reminds me of an outdoor version of the inside of the pyramid from Fundy Funspot! The lighting, the mashing of themes, I dunno, just kinda gives me those vibes! Lol @ mystery meat. Not really a pun, but still kinda reminds me of all those shops with the puns from Fundy as well!
I miss the days of Pundy.... Get it.. Pundy? Pun-dy... Pun.... I'll go home. The ghost train tacked onto the end of the building will be the perfect miss-mash of themes too... Then straight back to something generic and garish for the Episode after... Shameful but perfect.
One reason i still love Kennywood to this day is that Old Mill hopefully seems to be staying for quite a long time more. Wish they would update it slightly after the revert back from Garfields Nightmare.
@@csch1510 oh, that! Yeah, flames made out of plastic sheeting, lit up and blown with fans. It is a safer, more reliable and cheaper alternative to real fire. Used in theatres all the time
