I loved this reaction! Is THIS your son??? X) Lol. You were saying some fun stuff in this one! This show is so confusing; how I love Dark! :D Do as you please with the mustache. You're a handsome young man with or without it. It's your call. :)
also to correct what Rakhim was saying: at the end of last season her older self gave his younger self the blueprints of the device in 1953; which led to him having one "in stock" when the Stranger arrived with the broken one in 1986; from the broken device, Tannhaus had then reverse engineered the changes he had to make to the device he had built from the blueprints to get it running
2:55 So... I find it good to remember here that this Daniel Kahnwald. So they are basically talking about Ines' mom. And when he says his wife acts as if married to the brats, one of those is Ines.
8:32 I think the translation hre is somewhat misleading; Tannhaus uses the word "Kreislauf" which consists of Kreis and Lauf; it literally translates to circle run; implying that the chain of events feeds back into itself and forms a closed temporal loop; the issue is that the word Zyklus is used in other contexts. A Zyklus might rather be a collection or a sequence; for example King's Dark Tower book series is known as Der Dunkle-Turm-Zyklus in German; it does not make sense to count closed temporal loops as the closed property means that all time travel events play out inside of the one closed loop; So in the Triquetra notebook we read about the beginning of the third cycle (Zyklus) which should not be confused with what Tannhaus is assuming here; it rather makes sense that the author of the notebook has some knowledge of topological algebra and applies that and terms like cycle to describe space-time.
@@connectingthedots100 I still think the most meaningful assumption is that the three cycles define areas in space-time in which Sic Mundus has to do certain actions to uphold the causality as they claim it and/or to achieve their mysterious goal; but that is also based on my assumption on how to visualize the timeline... as a twisted screw like time bar in which the different eras of the show or rather specific years, months, or days in it constitute planes on the screw that are equidistant to those that are 33 years away because then I can assume that a cycle defines a specific combination of planes like e.g. Nov 4th to Nov 12th of (1920,) 1953, 1986, 2019, and 2052 which is in my opinion the first cycle.. also known as the first season
