Bro, my suggestion is to avoid night shift work completely. People who passed out of college can do it for few years to survive but if they continue.. it will surely ruin their physical and mental well being..

Hi sir I am 2022 passed out I had completed my BE mechanical engineering in 2022 and I got offer from MNC (capgemini) and I waited nearly 1.5 yrs. Sep 26 I got onboard and they kept training and rejected but I know good knowledge of what they taught.. But they told full stack training and rejected what to do 😢.. Depress uh erku ... 🙏🙏🙏🤕 Pls suggest what to do..

I am developer so Ithula yethuvume na velai paatha 3 company la kidaiyathuu jolly ya irukalam finish the task what they gave. In my current company i will start the work at 12 and end by 8 if you are working in some non product company then you have pay the price learn the skill and move towards some good company. Bro neenga solrathu la ok . But when you are adding something negative it’s better to avoid company names. There is nothing to do with company . It’s the team and immediate supervisors and what steps an individual is taking to learn and grow. Of course it’s stressful life and money are not easy. But many people who worked for the companies that you have named in your thumbnail has got a better life through the opportunities that they got from those companies. You can’t blame a company they are doing business and not charity. If you make money for them they are going to pay you.

Brother evrything has good and bad side, whatever you are talking is only about bad side. Not all company have high pressure job, layoff, etc, many companies allow work from home, good culture, work life balance, etc. lot of people are enjoying their life working in IT. It looks like you haven't worked in much IT companies, just are judging based on your experience in 1 or 2 companies thats all. I have seen layoffs in mechanical, aeronautical, hotel management, etc. During covid, only IT people are survived with WFH. 90% of video is misleading. Your happiness and satisfaction in IT depend on many factors like your manger, project, client, company, etc Likewise in every field you have to learn new technologies and get yourself in update, it's not only about IT.
