It happen to me as well last year, I ordered one plus nord ce2 lite and received realme c3 thamali naki but I did unboxing infront of the delivery wala luckily it was on COD based so I send the item back on the spot..just a tip if u are ordering something expensive make it COD and open it infront of the delivery wala that helps alot 😀
Same type of incident happened to me. I ordered 5pieces manual hand juicer but received a small USB light bulb. Flipkart customer care was contacted but they failed to refund my money. I manually clicked on the return button from the app and received refund of just 3(three) juicers. I decided to let it pass. Next i ordered another 2 pieces, this time on COD. Again I received only 1(one) pice but had to pay for 2(juicers) as the package contained the list for 2(two) piece. Very disappointed with Flipkart. I DELETED FLIPKART. TA-TA BYE BYE HOISHEY 😃

True during lockdown it happened to me, I ordered some kurtis and I received on due date... On my surprised I received torn dress, full of dirt around necks, I nearly going to vomit by seeing my ordered packing so well .later I burnt them all. Such a scams online . I request you not to order in unauthorised apps. Be alert.

The incident is very unfortunate.The Flipcart delivery counter should be shut down till the matter is settled.But since the agency has assured to refund the amount, I am sure the case will be settled amicably. In future if such 420 business occur again,licence of Flipcart and supplier should be revoked.

It happened to me too last year, i ordered Louis shoes for my dad but there was a size issue so I returned it, they took back the product and didn't return it, i call Flipkart customer care many times and they said they will return but nothing and now it's already new year. Very bad experience.
This is the best opportunity to fight against those fraud companies so that it may be an awareness even to all the online shopping company that a Naga customers shouldn't be fooled next time.
Last year I bought soundcore by Anderson flare bluetooth speaker from flipkart worth 4999, on receiving the item it wasn't the item i ordered but instead they sent a boat bluetooth speaker worth rs 799, even after calling the customer service and placing a replacement request, it was rejected. No return, no refund, no replacement done.
Just an opinion in my Online shopping experience: Nowadays we get a option OPEN BOX DELIVERY before confirming our order click in that option so that whenever our package arrives the delivery agent opens the package infront of you even if they don't want to because it is mandatory so we decide to take the package or not after that😁So always click in that option it helps alot thankyou😁
This is so unfortunate!! Such a huge amount paid and it went wrong. I can imagine the shock and disappointment they are going through Im an ardent online shopper myself and Flipkart is one of my most trusted site Its been a decade now n fortunately iv never experienced any such inconveniences till today. This is the reason why we should check the package we order from online when it is delivered in front of the delivery guy so that we may have proof if anything goes wrong!! The same thing happened to me back in 2k19 when I ordered a gold necklace from Flipkart but then when I opened it there was thermocol instead of the necklace.. from that day on, I always check my stuff infront of the delivery guy just to make sure that my stuff is complete 🤭
Its not the first time this happened to everyone of us the only thing is that we can't do anything about it we are just a regular normal person so they just ignore us even if we email them and if we asked the delivery guy they will be like I don't know anything .
Our Naga Brothers and Sisters are still in the video judging their acting and reaction , while the investigating has prove what gone wrong and Apologized them for inconvenience cause to her and solve in favour of them . the seller might have sent the right product but could have been switched by some courier agents on the way before it reached Nagaland.. Just a guess..
Yes but we should take video everytime before unboxing new Flipkart products or else Flipkart company won't believe that we have been fraud.. lessons learned😳

Flipkart is just the platform where every sellers sells... They should have high security managing system for sellers who wants to sell... Some sellers are just to scam that's why We should check who is selling the product, like from which company you are purchasing the product the seller's details must be the companies name if you get me... But even if it 100% legit some delivery centre workers switch or take out the original product... So what I want to tell is Delivery centre must select their worker's wisely many are uneducated chapri's etc etc blindly giving a job without knowing their background and intentions... Which might have happened in this case either a scam seller or a scam delivery centre workers... And nagas need to change alot I mean alot... Almost each and every naga parents try their best to educate everyone in their household many are labourers respect that!!! you are getting education by your parents sweat??? Similar incident happened to me last month. Also FLIPKART. Mine was under 500 Rupees and I didn't take any video. So i just let it go. Seller was "Nihaka Electronics" of Delhi.
Just 4 days back my best friend wife got another shocking from Flipkart. She ordered for socks but she recieved a small waisted piece of cloth which is useless. Never share the delivery OTP without inspecting the product for damages, missing parts and check if it is functioning. Its the delivery partners who steals the product specially orders receive from far lands, I won't blame the seller. Now a days all the products are delivered with OTP to ensure ordered product is delivered, please cancel the delivery if no OTP is provided by the site or delivery partner.
If the item doesn't have Open Box Verification. You are not allowed to open the box. If you have any doubt you can keep the OTP confidential and refuse delivery. You laura mathas. You can't even apply logic in anything. Just spew in internet whatever comes to mind. Bunch of illiterate morons.
Two Things: 1. Buy items which is mentioned Fullfilled by Flipkart or Amazon below the product. It comes from sites operated warehouse. Easy and quick returns/Refunds and site is responsible for the order end to end. Rest are not. Second, individual sellers who are having Prime status or under such similar program are also good sellers. 2. Always use this language if issue does not get resolved in first request: I want an escalation and transfer me to higher team or Manager. It is an escalation and they cannot ignore if they do, it will effect them. Usually most gets connected to a 3rd party call center in first instance who are not well trained. You have to ask for escalation to connect you with an actual site employee. The associate are instructed not to transfer or escalate calls without customer mentioning the word: Escalation or Transfer. I hope this helps someone.
Very disheartening to hear such news it is an eye opener to all the online shoppers to avoid from such scams..i have experience the same issue in the past I ordered some books from flipkart and I received 3 roll of indian express newspaper but unfortunately i couldn't able to return nor complain in the courier service due to time elapsed, such Scammers fraudsters will not be tolerated be it on any online sites...thank you sister for the awareness you have saved thousand of naga people today for revealing their recklessness unscrupulous services.
It happened to me too. I ordered 2 small size bottles of protein powder but I received 2 empty bottles of protein powder. I complained about the refund but I received a refund for only 1 bottle but I still didn't receive the refund for another bottle.

Never order anything from flipkart...I too faced it many times, feedback and complaints Lodge kureile flipkar doesn't accept it so I started ordering from Amazon.

If possible rcve your parcel by yourself...you have the right to open the package so open it right in front of the delivery boy...if it's your right product that's ok but if it's not or any damage then don't accept and return it right there.
File case in consumer court with all evidence. Also all flipkart and other services customers must make it a point to record the unboxing and at the delivery center itself.
Sister you can give a complainy with all necessary proof to the consumer rights organisation, Nagaland. The office is located at half nagarjan, kuda village, enter through lane-1 which is opposite to spirit of faith church.

These days all the courier services have become very poor.. Esp Flipkart full of scam and fake sellers ..i ordered a container and received a bra..now i can't even return it back the seller is denying that it's there products.. Disappointed 😢😢

Compring other cities, the delivery system is also not so good in Dimapur. Infact the delivery guys are supposed to reach at our doorstep but out here they will call the customers to come and collect from his comfort zone with time limit and threatening if we didn't pick on time they will return the products to the company.
