Loophole, its crime. Suppose you need to admit your relative to be precise you mother or father to the hospital and they are serious. And pharmacy find out that you have money in bank accounts cuz of Loophole. And to have take that money they show your parents condition very bad, and give them medicine and drugs that aren't necessary and .are you to pay the bill and your whole bank balance just gone cuz you want you parents to be fine. So now tell me it's Loophole or it's a crime. People will never understand until things happens to them.
