good analysis young man, but because in Asia, people do not know the value of clean water, because of moon soon season, the Himalayas, and other ground water resources. in Australia, there is no river, no icy mountains to get the clean water, only they depends on rainy water, but before the dirty water should throw in the ocean they recycle it six time. in this sub continent we should aware the people the cost of the clean water.
Thank You Himanshu for uploading this beautiful video. I am an O&M Service provider and happy to say that I am using dry module cleaning method from last one year. However, I noticed that during the wintertime dew convert the dust into a mud-like formation which was difficult to remove however it need little extra effort to clean manually using a little amount of water and the results are very positive.
Great effort with data to show new way for sustainbility, by the way you perfectly said at the end every one doing bussiness only entrepreneurs should thing abt next generation and other resources as well

After a long time. Thank you sir for large scale of solar knowledge put in my mind. *Query* large power plants having special team for service, operation and maintenance. but what about small residential plants for cleaning because any single owner can't do anything. and result, after 2-3 years power plant be fail. for example in gujarat, Surya gujarat program residential projects completed 1200 mw which is also contribution to our power consumption. and i think roughly 70 percent customer no serious about of their plant. so my question is any simplicity of dust free panel for small 1-20 kw plants.
The most cost effective solution will be that The residential plant owner he himself should take the initiative to clean the plant once in a month , and should pay for AMC to the installer
@@ipowerinco.7755 Atleast 5 months of the year ,there would be rain atleast once a month minimum so rain would take care if these months . I have no safe access to my panels. With labour charges in Kerala ( considering labour market as well ) not feasible to pay to clean. 1 day labour is 1000 rs . Spending that to clean 3.3 kw plant everymonth is not feasible
Even the dry cleaning brush will include manual labour / power consumption. The best solution is automation - solar power robotics dry cleaning systems . That’s the future !!!
Depends whether you deal in a utility single location plant or multi location distributed plant , since manpower cost is so low in india , using manpower for distributed solar plant will always be the first choice ,
Easy. Recycle waste water runoff with water gutter. Use solar energy to power pumps and filters. Rinse and repeat. Use that machine in your video along with a catching system.
U r forgetting about rainy reason natural cleaning of PV Panels & water used after cleaning of PV panel can be reused u calculation is one side only If use dust collector before cleaning of PV panel then u water consuption will less than as u calculated bro

How will you manage that water transport from Utility plants ?? In a MW scale plants the lengths of table crosses KM range , infrastructure development & maintenance for reusing that water will cost a lot , that is why no one has ever developed it

@@SustainableEveryDay every 20 or 30 days interval we have rain but it not always but if it rains I don’t need clean my solar panel only cleaning it when their is no rain for more than 15 to 20 days of tym period
