This one sounds way better , the male vocals in the finalized version make it blend together with the rest of the soundtrack. This one sounds way more distinct.
This version has a hint of bloodborne emphasis. It has the “Grand” feel but shortly after the other instrument refers to the weighing corruption of his faith hence his dark castings but the fact that he remained loyal to Vendrick’s command shows his unwavering faith but later and slowly sludge into corruption. Had we encountered him at a far later time, he probably could’ve taken on a more slightly corruption similar to Artorias and perhaps wonder into the crypt himself. Honestly I aspire to have such unwavering faith like that. To remain true no matter what.
It's obviously the same arrangement but a different recording. There is less emphasis on the vocals in this version which is rather unlike the typical Dark Souls themes
You know with emulators I wonder if you can go in and play the stress test of dark souls 2..of course we need a better ps3 emulator before we can find out.
