That's cause PC was lead platform, which was the biggest mistake. Should've focus on consoles first, then build up from there.

Vaegir808 Depends. The proper way should be to develop for the strongest system and scale back from there. Much easier to take away than add. But this way is only proper if they plan to actually give the PC what it is capable of. In the case of modern game companies, which are so afraid of giving the PC what it deserves, and pissing off console plaers, then developing for the weaker of systems makes sense.
