@@notsobrightkeith Soul Exchange is what Kaiba use when he have duo duel with Yugi against Mask Rare Hunter after Yugi de-fusion Valkyrion (anime logic move I know) to become 3 Magnet Warriors. he use Soul Exchange to bypassed Mask of Restrict and tributes those Magnet Warriors to summon Obelisk and finish the duel

@@kratosgow342 Anime logic? That's just how the cards worked in the manga. You could also recombine the pieces of the XYZ Fusion because Unions weren't really a thing in the story.

@@xCorvus7x I know anime/manga card effect are a bit different from real life counterpart I just noted in case people have question about how the card isn't supposed to work like that irl

@@kratosgow342 Blame the anime adaptators for somewhat glossing over the fact that they're playing by different rules than the real-life game. Though, it's a valid question why the product based on Takahashi's story differs so much from the game he had invented originally.

@@edwiinandresmosqueramarulanda Are you just not supposed to play any handtraps in Tear now? How many cards left can you mill that do anything? They did hit Reino with nothing in hand, which considering how many names are gone isnt weird. Youve got 4 fusions hits, 1 mill hit, 1 snow, 3 Reino, 1 sulliek search. Maybe the two shufflers if you count those. Youve still got 3/4 of the deck left.

​​@@Rossco1010there are a few cards you could play for consistency, obviously more aqua names like Sea Mare or Nessie, play some fusion substitude names to sometimes directly make Kaleido, Rulk or Grapha, play more S/T like Grief & Metanoise for more backrow supports. Playing pure is definitely a bit harder, as you dont necessary lose more consistency, your chokepoint are just more telegraphed, your endboard ceiling are lower, so thats why you need to play some side engines and handtraps. Prime Tear is one of the most disruption resistance deck, so now the hits make them need to play more staples like other decks, which in turns really lower the quality of your mills.
