When Anubis, Isis and Osiris walk into the Pharaoh's club like bosses.

This has to be put in a badass movie soundtrack. I'm not joking. Even if it ends up being tweaked along the way, someone has to show this off and people need to hear it. It's just too badass to keep hidden on RU-vid.

The year is 2030, oil has become unbearably expensive, and up until just a 6 months ago the world was desperately searching for an alternative. Sir Mahmoud Mubarak was the lucky one to discover a mystical substance in the ruins of the pyramids, capable of providing energy much akin to oil. Unlike Oil, this substance seems to sprout from anywhere within Egypt now. Sir Mahmoud Mubarak quickly bought land to mine this substance, selling it and buying ever more land, and he now owns 80% of Egypt’s landmass. This is the nightclub he build for himself and all his trading parties where a party is thrown every Friday. But this Friday is special. This Friday he will show something special, his latest find. The rumours say it’s a live woman of some sort found deep within the pyramids they were mining. You are here to infiltrate the nightclub and find out what is going on!

Definitely I see this nightclub like this Anubis: Definitely the bouncer. Allowing those who are worthy of coming in the club in the exact way those of the dead have to go to the underworld Horus: probably one of the bartenders but also a lookout, watching everything making sure no trouble comes about Osiris: Definitely the head and owner of the club Set: probably the chaotic dj who keeps the party lit Isis: probably a waitress serving drinks The Sphix: Keeping an eye outside letting the deities know who's approaching the club Ra: Definitely I'd say the one who helps Horus serves drinks, he's also Osiris's second in command. Should Osiris be gone for the night? Ra's in charge

Listening to this again in the year 2024 after so many times already ever since this song came out years ago.

I've always loved Egyptian and Middle Eastern musical scales, dark, sinister, perfect for heavy music, especially metal, industrial, electronic, etc.

If this was made out of sheer boredom...then you need to get bored more often.

I can already imagine a night club of the egyptian gods: Osiris the prime counselor of the manager. He was the boss a couple of years back.He renovated and expanded the club and put it up with modern standards.When he was in his prime, Osiris was betrayed by his own brother,Set.Kidnapped, beaten, sliced up and then left for dead, if not for his wife,Isis, he would not be alive.Now Osiris advices his son Horus in the matter of business and makes sure that the club stays clean and fights are kept quiet.In his white suit,he can be seen dancing,drinking and having fun, always with his wife Isis by his side.He may appear benevolent at first but dont you dare cross him or ask him about his bandages or you will never see the light of day. Ra,an old man that hangs out in the VIP lounge. Everybody knows him as a senile with a fat stack of cash, but those who have had a chat with him know that he actually knows everything that moves in there. Ra was the first manager of the club. At one point he left the reins to Osiris, but he kept his connections.Some say that Isis, Osiris`s wife had a part in this, but nobody knows for certain.Ra trusts no one and goes so far as to bring his own drink into the club.The employees respect him and they turn a blind eye to this, but they are all curious as to what made him so paranoid. Set was Ra`s personal bodyguard when the old man was in charge. After his brother got the promotion, Set changed.He thought that the new leadership was too soft and tried to get rid of his brother.After Osiris`s "mysterious disappearance" he was the boss, but Horus swooped in and dethroned him not long after.He is now officially banned from the club and yet Set still finds a way past Anubis.Missing crates,bar fights,bloodied patrons in the bathroom,the night cant go by without an "accident".The management can keep it under control, yet they still cant catch him.Set wont stop until the club crumbles down with Horus and Osiris inside of it. Horus the current manager.If his father made the club large, Horus made it popular.Everybody knows and loves him, especially the patrons.They nicknamed him "The Falcon" mostly for his, peculiar tastes in fashion and pets.He is often seen overseeing the dance floor from his office,but sometimes Horus comes down to the bar to drink and chat with the patrons.Standing tall in his suit decorated with falcon feathers and a walking cane,the guests think that he is there just to have fun, but the employees know that he is actually looking for Set asking if anybody knows something about his whereabouts.If he asks you a question, you better answer truthfully or else you will find out what the falcon in his office is fed with. Isis, the prime counselor`s wife.Dont let her good looks and naive attitude fool you.Her multicolored dress hides a clever, ambitious,relentless and most of all cunning woman.One thing that cannot be questioned about her is the loyalty to the club and most of all to her husband, Osiris.She went as far as to poison the first manager in order to convince him to step down in favor of him.When her husband was left to die by Set, she not only brought him back from the brink of death,but also got her revenge with the help of her own son, Horus.Since then Isis never left Osiris`s side.She is the textbook definition of femme fatale.A whisper from her to the right person and you would end up in a ditch by the next hour. Anubis the club`s bouncer.A tight lipped giant of a man, he makes sure that people and things that are not allowed inside stay outside,especially banned individuals.He can see it in your eyes if you lie to him,if you hand him a fake ID or if you want to smuggle in something.Anubis is close friends with Isis, having helped her put Osiris back on his feet and out of Set`s sight until Horus could step in and kick the traitor out.He has an unusual fondness for dogs and never forgets to feed the stray ones that end up in the back alley.One of them actually took a liking to Anubis and started to follow him everywhere and helps Anubis sniff out those who would try to sneak in.However, Anubis`s near perfect record is stained by Set, who keeps getting in and out without his notice,but that does not mean that this guard dog will not try to keep it the only stain to ever dirty his resume. Hathor Sekhmet is the current main bartender. A gentle, caring and loving woman, that`s who Hathor is most of the times. In her younger years, she helped build the club and was hired as the bartender ever since. Days are rough and stressful but she manages to keep it all in check with her hobby, kickboxing. Many consider it as unfit for such a gentle creature, but those close to Hathor know better. She has always been plagued by anger-management issues. Hathor frequently entered the ring to consume her rage as Sekhmet the Lioness, as the opponents nicknamed her. One day when Ra was still the manager, she heard the old man not feeling well. Ra knew that some people were trying to bring bad rep to the club, so his nights were sleepless. When the 5 unlucky bastards ended up at her counter and started insulting the manager in her face, she snapped. Sekhmet was unleashed outside the ring. Once she tasted blood, The Lioness started to enjoy it. Poor guys would have been done for if not for Ra who broke the fight. Even so, the bloodlust ended only after she drank herself to sleep. She could be Hathor, the shoulder you can cry on while you drink your sorrow or Sekhmet, the fist that pummels you to death if you dare say something bad about her close ones.

I was a DJ and an occasional dancer at a Vampire club in Second Life a few years back. This is a huge interest for me (all things ancient Egyptian and Bees) This picture looks like it's right out of Second Life! It's an inspiration to go make an Egyptian night club in the game and start DJ-ing again!
