My concept for deja vu is - Many scholars has said when our soul is created Allah ask us if we want to be human and even he show us how our life will be - where we decide and come to dunya -- these deja vu could be the memories of what we have seen before coming to dunya
My concept i took from( hazrat Ali a.s )is that soul leaves the body when we sleep(this is also written in Quran) , soul travels into the next day and it knows all the activities we will perform next day,when we wake up , soul again enters the body and we sometimes have flashbacks of the memory our soul has of the next day. Soul constantly guides us throughout the day..so our grip on life depends on how strong our soul is
