I still think the OG version was worse, She ended up leaving the home and found him in an alley and Edward found the blood splatter from ol boy exploding her into paste.
@@allhandsondik7803 Because honestly, how _can_ Shou go to heaven? What he did is beyond sinful. Sure, everyone is a sinner, but most people can have them forgiven because it isn't that bad. But Shou....? He can't be forgiven.
I have proudly told Chuck Huber, fuck you for that role lol then he has the audacity to sign my wife's autograph(she got one for FMA and i got one for DBZ) "from the world's greatest dad" seriously though, go meet Huber if you ever get a chance, one of the coolest guys around.
You know why people love anime, because you get to know the characters and bond, and sometimes when they want to add drama, they completely destroy that character and you feel all of it. It moves you.
O-nii-chan. A-so-bo... The distorted voice made it more creepier and depressing. A little trivia is Tucker survive in this episode in the alternate timeline of FMA the old anime version. If I remember correctly, he too turned into a chimera.
As much as there may be disagreements about Scar killing Nina, it was an act of kindness. She would have been used as a labrat for the rest of her life, and it would be a horrible fate. A sad but powerful moment.
This scene is one of the things that makes me like the classic fma better over the brotherhood version. Brotherhood has some good stuff... but the classic nailed a lot of moments like this one.
Man, this wasnt even the most gut-wrenching scene. Maes hughes final words? Roy Mustang and the rain? Hughes daughter not understanding? This was a rough one, sure, but the 2003 fma really knew how to turn the knife early on.
to be honest this didn't get to me at all since im someone who watched anime like monster, berserk and when the cicadas cry before watching this, i think shock factor and the dark aspects come from the fact its a kid and its done by the father, there's shit in anime out there that psychically can make you ill, one that had a huge impact on me was (SPOILERS) in fate/zero when a charecter shoots his daughter in front of the wife and then strangles his wife while she curses him and even thats tamed compared to things that appear in anime like berserk like i said earlier, though i think this would defiantly make someone not that into anime or just the darker side of anime pause and think holy shit that's fucked up.
