We need more movies and shows where the villain is the main focus, and/or wins in the end, with no redemption arc for the heroes in the next season/movie. I don't want rainbow and birds singing endings, I want badass villain wins that are here to stay! Of course, I am not opposed to seeing some new heroes ATTEMPTING to beat the villain, but getting their asses handed to them on a silver platter.

Ima tell you one thing, FUCK HEROES. No matter what reason they had i always wanted villains to win (there were few exceptions where i did not like either heroes or villains). Villains have a plan, glorious, devious, ultimate plan. Heroes just randomly try to stop it.
I was looking for music to help inspire my writing and help create the antagonist of my story, frankly now my story is going to be a bit more intense than I originally planned and I love it.

CMDRBLADE You’ll have to excuse me, as i’m not sure if you are specifically referring to philosophy or gaming. Gaming wise: absolutely. Many popular series base their hero’s goals around the premise of freedom as the highest ideal. With no afterthought as to the society they will create or if they will last. Leaving the epilogue to end with (because hero’s it works) Where as the villains in games, their ambitions, goals, and methods are thought out. As they are a key part of any games plot as the driving force for the protagonist to face or rebel against. I think a decent example of this in gaming is the Fire Emblem series. As you play the games, some of the very nations the hero’s of each game liberate and rule over, will then generations later deal with the same problems or invade other kingdoms just like they had fought against. A great irony. From a realistic philosophy standpoint I believe it also holds true. As historically every nation that is every liberated through revolution immediately creates a foundation for law and order. As they come to learn, freedom is great. But the cost of freedom is moderation, to temper their ideals by first maintaining order and stability.

I smashed it on the ground and screamed it’s name Az-oth the destroyer! “ they all laughed and poked me. “ That not a real summon orb boy they yelled. Then the ground started shake a bit a weird thick black fog began to creep in all around us. And from the shadows this hulking form stepped forth. He was huge wreathed in glowing red mist and the darkest black armor. He spoke and his voice was heavy it made the air tremble. “I am Az-oth, what does my summoner command” The only words that came out were kill them all! “As you wish. “ He turned to the cultist army and began to slaughter them without mercy till he had the high priest cornered. I ran to his side “wait I need him for proof of my success on this quest.” The beast looked down at me and back the priest. He reached out and tore the mans arm off. “Here his tattoo is proof, now you pay for the summoning with his soul. “ he then set the man ablaze in black flames and they vanished. He finished his drink and the room was silent. Looking up he turned to them “if you find his orb I beg you do not use it unless you have no other choice for he shows no mercy.
