TheHappy_P0tat0 well even when death was leader that was literally in title alone and nobody really bowed to death (the horsemen). I think it's more-or-less that she wants the horsemen to be respected not just her. Them bowing to her shows that she gets glorified but not the team. Despite her wrath, Fury is incredibly dutybound and ironically rarely thinks of herself alone...despite also not really caring for a lot of things. It makes her pretty complex yet simple as a character.
@@zanemiracle6121 even they not bowed to death even badmouthing him behind his back, but nobody pissing off the big bro or losing a limb. she just has massive inferiority complex for all her experience she lacked brute strength of war or capabilities of death.
jalpat 22 Strfe and death literally bicker the most out of the horsemen. The other 2 don't have a problem with death, death even snitched on strife to the charred council once or a couple of times. War has always been about brute force, and like stryfe said what makes death so deadly is s combination of him being seriously strong but really it's the fact that the man is nearly if not completely invulnerable. Otherwise war may have lost an arm but death without his invulnerability to the extent that it is would have a massive hole in his chest. I never saw fury as having an inferiority complex, she never really expressed desire to be better than her brothers, just leader of the horsemen. When it comes to loyalty she's the most loyal of the four anyway despitr her impatience, so to her it probably only made sense, she even made peace that she's the least favored of the horsemen. Keep in mind that she has grown as the charred council noted that all 4 horsemen were needed to kill the seven deadly sins in the past who would have also grown given the increased conflict now. Fury seems to just want to be leader because she's vastly more loyal than death. She wasn't even out for herself and wanted the horsemen as a group to prosper. So it only makes sense to her anyway
@@datbitchkeepingitreal6712 I really like the 3rd game too, probably my first or second favourite of the series. I just hate how so many normal enemies are insanely tanky for some reason, and that it became too much like a souls/bayonetta game.
Well he does have a different voice in Genesis, but to be fair I think the new one suits him better. This one sounded way too serious for his character. He's a lot more of a jokester than the other horseman.
@@ASmartNameForMe I can just tell Strife is gonna be a joy to play as because of his witty comebacks and funny commentary with War who's so cold and stern in comparison.
@@YasharelYahawadah Yeah, I've heard how somewhat different the three games are, and how it revolves around the characters. Like War being able to block because it's in his style, and Death being too arrogant to block, instead dodging.
@@JoninJordan Yup. That's correct. These need the attention because, the art and enriched detailed storyline of 90's cartoon's like, Spider-man X-men. Plus has a hardcore fantasy element like HBO Game of Thrones, I could see a movie being made in the future.
As fury points out lust is not simply about sex and as a matter of fact what makes them so dangerous is that they can appeal to various types of lust from a lust for power to a lust for wealth or riches to a simple lust for respect lust even tried to appeal to fury and her lust for respect from her kin even though if you read the comics death actually cares for and respects all three of them taking a blow from war for her while he was in a savage state
I want to see a Darksiders 4 and any in the future with Michael Wincott back as the voice of Death, without him as the character, it completely takes me out of it. He was so iconic and badass in Darksiders 2 and I love his voice so much and would love to see him back for future Darksiders projects.
I was honestly hoping that Darksiders 4 would be Strife alone, like the others. Then number 5 could have been all four of them together party-based. That way they could have also incorporated multiplayer
Fury didn't even go through half the shit Kratos has been in. Yeah, it didn't take fury an entire series, only a century during war's imprisonment while Kratos coped in few decades. From the look of it Kratos dealt with bigger issues and faster.
@@andrewpenny4676 I get what you are saying, but atreus isn't the reason for Kratos to be calm compared to before, Kratos already changed his path when he saw all the chaos after he killed zeus that's why he ended the game by saying "my vengeance ends now" and gave amount of his power to the surviving humans. Atreus is only a reason for Kratos to hold back so he doesn't become like him. Kratos already had a kid and a wife.way before atreus and he was still blinded by rage and bloodlust.
For those say this game sucks: No this game does not suck this is because Darksiders 2 is to good that that the sequel is not as good because of it but the game doesn't suck it's good in it's own way
Am I the only one confused by their size? Some times War is the tallest, then Strife, then Fury, and some times they have the same height. 4:44 if you look at them, War is the biggest while Strife is the smallest, but when they are standing they get roughly on the same height. If there was a order it should be: War, Strife, Fury and Death. But Death could have the same size as Fury.
You're completely missing the point. None of them would kneel to each other because they view each other as equals. It was never about her gender. It's about the dynamic of the Four Horsemen as equal siblings, not who's in charge of the other 3.
Originally we were supposed to have all 4 horsemen get their own game, and the 5th one was going to be a team based game like borderlands with drop in / out coop
I hope they bring back Michael Wincott for Death in his next appearance. Death only had a few lines here even if it wasn't actually him, so that's probably why they didn't bring in Micheal. Still would have been cool though because the VA here tried his best, but didn't really get Death's voice right
@@TheShrekonator Technically only Death is named in the bible, the rest are just generally accepted as the ones he named (with pestilence sometimes being called conquest). Darksiders definitely isn't a biblical story though (as in following any sort of bible story. They just take the ideas they want and run off with their own rendition).
Wait! It will probably get a 30% to 40% off during Christmas Sales. I was almost buying it but will regret not waiting knowing that all Darksiders games get a good discount on sales not too far from their release date.
He comes back alive after part three if you go back to darksiders 1 ending War is waiting for his backup and it's them Death,Fury, strife, we still waiting for a game to continue where part one ending left off
