I too have extremely oily skin....try the "black radiance" primer. It's in a black compact and it's white. It looks like vaseline. I use that and honey.....when I say I don't shine.....I don't shine or melt when its hot. But good job!

Firstly, thanks soooooo much for demonstrating how to get the look. You are indeed lovely, btw, with a beautiful head of hair. I am 65 yrs old and have never cared to dabble in makeup. I’ve always maintained squeaky clean, flawless skin, adding a touch of color w/lipstick. However, wanting a glamorous look for an upcoming party. I notice each layer of makeup is applied in art form (war paint) to a bare canvas (face) initially. Knowing the skin is the largest organ in the body, I would have to ensure the products contain no cancer causing chemicals that can be absorbed into my cells, tissues, blood, lungs, organs, etc. Hoping I can get through this makeup process to enhance my beauty without squirming. Do wish me luck! :)

You look nice, a tip for oily skin because I also suffer from it. Less powder. It gives your skin the illusion that it's dry from the "powder" and it only makes your far produce more oil.

Try the Mac mineralized skin finish for your baking, it will give you a smoother highlight and finish. Also applying a good primer as your base like smashbox or the Sephora band will allow your product to settle better and not appear uneven or unsettled on your skin. Good tutorial though. You've got the technique, just make a few product changes and your in there like a pro!!!

a little rude maybe but Miami x has a point if you ask me. You did a good job but you should've take more time to deb and blend the make up. You can see the lines and the shimmer on your face. Next time use less concealer and take more time to blend the results will be much nicer then it is now. I like the eye make up by the way.

The fix plus is already a setting spray. So you don't need two. Good video. Try the Sleek contour pallet and you can find it an easier way to do your contour highlight and blush all in one palette and it will save you time and expense.

I use LA Girl concealer as well and I think it's so thick that you don't need to use that much.

90% of the products you used have mineral oil, sulfates and parabens which will clog pores and cause terrible breakouts, which concerns me...also, that sponge technique allows for bacteria to set up quickly and aggressively.
