In my quest to fool around with more off-meta weapons before the Item Rework I've paired the MkV Duelling Sword and the Autopistol together for some chill spray and pray action.
If you're wondering how I have different sights on my guns, skins on weapons you haven't seen before or weapons on mine and others' backs it's from the Extended Weapon Customization mod that's at NexusMods under Darktide.

8 days till the Item Rework Patch so here's 2 more off-meta weapons I'm clowning around with. The MkV Duelling Sword trades a bit of damage potential compared to the Mk4 in exchange for a Defense stat that helps out slightly with dodging but its overhead heavies sadly don't compete with the Mk4's thrusts. The Autopistol used to be this overpowered gremlin of a pocket rocket but can still scale somewhat decently given enough damage buffs from talents.

I use the MK.V occasionally to mix it up, still viable but the MK.IV is just too good.

Yeah it’s a damn shame. I even enjoy the mk2 on occasion with its moveset it’s just having 2 back to back thrusts on the Mk4 is too consistent compared to the other 2 Mks

Ah been back and forth with the game, hard to keep track of the balances. I take it the autopistol was nerfed in some shape or form?

It was hilariously overpowered about a year ago thanks to pinning fire giving more power per staggered enemy than it does now so (mostly) Veterans pre class rework had an insanely ammo efficient gun that did incredible damage with Executioner’s stance and it was a press W to win gun.

Skin has been in the shop rotation before, some parts were mod swapped though.
