That was incredible. I would love to sing this song at my winter concert but I don’t think I have enough power to really do it justice. My friend is singing this for a very big performance and I walked out of my practice room and heard her singing it and the beauty of it all almost made me cry. It almost brought me to tears

This is just sheer amazingness. This part is an automatic Tony win for the soloist if they can nail it like Audra did (and like Darlesia and Aisha Jackson do!)

What an incredible voice with matching emotion

I saw the play when I was a kid and was obsessed. My mom bought the soundtrack on CD (came with 2 discs) for me, and I listened to it all the time growing up. I have listened to Audra sing this song probably over 100 times and Darlesia absolutely, without a doubt, CRUSHED this.
