Deep into the explored blues, an American animal-like machine would lurk, watch, and wait for the perfect time to strike - some sort of submarine but unlike any ever seen before. How about this Navy try a ducted fan tolodial screw mounted like a blimp on the sides , two in front , two in the rear .maybe that is to hard for you to figure oh yeah make all 4 fully rotable as well .

The shape is to help hide it from sonar. Like underwater stealth. External propulsion nacelles would compromise that.

a under water 🌊 weapon that will Have a High tracking technology it can be put at the bottom of the ocean floor it's able to track torpedo it can also use a Low frequency electric magnic to shutdown a nuclear torpedo or any other torpedo it will Have a two mile distance from its Location Jaime G

This technology known as the manta is already a reality and did you forget this is military technology they're not going to show the real thing to us because they don't want the rest of the world to know about it until it is to late.

Is this an offshoot of something they were trying to develop years ago, like 30 years. I think it was a flying/mini sub combination. DARPA is nothing but a bureaucratic think tank. DARPA must be a great place to work, think of something cool and send your idea to someone else to make it work.

After Russia's pitiful performance in Ukraine, this looks to be wildly overstated sub specs. Strongman run countries tend to have rampart graft and corruption, particularly in their military. Cheaper parts than specified for equipment, etc. They push out their best commanders if they aren't corruptible. I would not be surprised if at least 25 percent of Russia's defense budget is lost to corruption and incompetence.

You know Russia is winning winning, congress say 29% of F35 are combat capable, and the rockets America sent are less than 10% effective Why Ukraine keeps asking for more weapons?

Russian subs are noisy as hell, they can not make good ball bearings, they are not round enough which makes them put out high frequency noise in the water that are equipment can pick up.
