I will never forget that day. I was teaching a class full of innocent children that day. It was my last day of work for 2 weeks, I was flying out of New York to Switzerland on Sept 12th for vacation. That didn’t happen. I wish the USA would get back to how everyone was on Sept 12th. Everyone was 1….no one cared about anything else.

The world hurt in unison that day. Even if i ever could forgive... I'll never forget.

I was 27 years old when this happened. It is a memory I will never and don’t want to ever forget. I remember exactly where I was when this news broke on the major news stations. I remember sitting in silence as I processed what was going on. It was the first time that I felt unsafe in my own country. It was a terrifying experience.

I'll never forget that day. I was at 29 Palms and had just gotten back from a run when I saw it on the news.

I never have...and never will...forgot how I felt that day. As an honorable discharged member of the US Army back in 1985...I was ready to go re-enlist that day. I remember it like it was yesterday.

I was 7 years old when 9/11 happened and I come from a military family weve served in each branch except for Air Force i got a cousin that currently is in the Navy and recently got promoted

I'm in Michigan in America. My husband is a Disabled Army Veteran that was in 27 years and did 7 tours to the Middle East. We will never forget what we were doing that day. I completely agree with the message in this song. Sadly, there are SO many that were either too young or not even born when this awful day happened. These are the ones that say we are wrong for fighting.

One of the top songs written for America & it’s people living & lost. Alan Jackson & Toby Keith are right up there too.

Never have forgotten, can’t erase it . Some have to fight just to protect their families, it’s so sad, not just now but throughout history, over land, religion, economic gain, citizens become disposable, and then there’s the children 😢

Darryl is my cousin on my mom's side. Our great-grandparents were twins. His great-grandmother and my great-grandfather. It's funny because we are a tall people and the picture of them is when they were young and the girl was as tall as she was going to get and she was a foot taller than her brother. He caught up to her and passed her. LOL I'm 6 foot 2 and Darryl is 6 foot 6 or 7. Before Darryl's mom passed my mom went to visit them and she had one of Darryl's gold records just leaning up against the couch.😁

I will not, cannot forget. I remain kind and compassionate to all my fellow Americans to this very day. I never lie or raise my voice in anger. I treat all with a love and respect that they deserve. God bless America.
