Vader convinced himself that he and Anakin were separate as a coping mechanism. Same goes for Obi Wan. The Emperor did it as a way to show Vader who he truly was (or rather, who Sidious believed Vader truly was). But Vader never fully embraced it. If he did, he would not have spared Luke his life. And Luke was the only one who seemed to know the truth, that Anakin and Vader are not separate. Vader learned this in the end.

The Dark Side is like an addiction, that's the way George describes it. So when Anakin became Vader he becomes addicted to the power and then loses all willpower to control himself thus he lost himself and Vader took over. Vader is pure evil, Anakin may have been different but his actions even as Anakin weren't good. Killing children, killing your jedi brother and sisters, helping palpatine conquer worlds, forced people into slavery, destroys peoples families, takes life without remorse, willing to kill anyone if it suits his purpose. So yeah Vader has a mind of his own and it PAINS ME when people try to justify his actions by saying he's only "moderately evil" theres no such thing. Your either doing evil things because your an evil person, or you doing good things. It can't be both or mixed. Anakin has problems like everyone but what he did is lower his inhibitions to suit what he wanted. Notice how before order 66 Anakin was a Jedi who respected the Jedi Temple and then after he's sells his soul to Sidious he's willing to walk in and massacre younglings Pure evil kills children, not people with moderate issues

No respectfully Anakin got what he deserved. He allowed himself to be manipulated by Palpatine instead of using better judgement and he tried to blame everyone else for his own failings. The fall of Anakin Skywalker is a sad story, but he really did bring it on himself.
Even if it’s my most hated enemy, seeing them kneeling and paying respect to a grave, I would not desecrate that spot with bloodshed. I home Vader would do so as well.

Darth Vader IS pure evil BUT Anakin isn't. Since Anakin never truly died within Vader he never became truly evil, they are like two different people, two sides of the same person. Someone who isn't pure evil wouldn't kill a load of kids for the fun of it would they?
i dont know how they explain Darth Vader and Anakin, but the way i see, its not magical stuff, nothing like personalities disorder, its just, He is Anakin this whole time, when grief, despair and sadness overcome, Darth Vader takes the helm - that explains the hatred and anger, it also explains his ways of revenge to the Jedi council. then, when hope, happy inside him... "like seeing Luke"... Anakin was sanctified by his memories, hope, love and happiness (like triggers his memory of Padme, this is it, i dies in my son arm and united with Padme)... Old Anakin in The Return of the Jedi really made me seeing him as Anakin in his prime.
Whole Anakin turning into Vader is Metaphorical. Anakin always had the darkside in him since childhood, and that's makes him unique. He had a lot of potential, had he got the best Masters, he could have evolved into ultimate being. Kenobi was more like his own brother. Anakin respected him the most. If Kenobi he kept talking to him and insisted to come back, Anakin would probably have returned atleast for Padmé.
Darth Vader was never evil he was broken inside a soul full of sadness heartbroken a love his life simply gone but Anakin is still good yet he lost everything due to his anger but deep down inside of him there’s goodness in him because I can see that Anakin was never evil he was broken.

I don’t know if I had posted in this channel about this, but here it goes. In Star Wars, Obi Wan Kenobi says to Luke that many truths depend on the point of view(episode 6, if I remember correctly).He also gives his own interpretation of the Force. Yoda also gives his thoughts about the Force. Now, considering the idea that the truth depends on the point of view, in my opinion, the Force is an energy that exist in everything, everywhere and in everyone, just like described in the saga. And there are two sides of it: the light and the darkness. Jedi usually follow the light side, and Sith usually follow the dark side. But all of them have both sides inside themselves. Sometimes, we need to express emotional responses to what we hear or feel. But we also need to be reasonable. In my mind, the balance would come when one understand that both reason and emotions complement each other, just like day can’t exist without night, or light can’t exist without darkness. Also, this Force can be seen in natural events. That part I learned with Avatar: the last air bender. Master Iroh, from the fire nation, explain to Aang about the elements. Fire can burn, but can also provide heat for cold days. Earth can shake and cause buildings to collapse, but also can help create things. Glass, for example. Water can refresh, hidrate a body, but can also kill, if inhaled. It can flow calmly, or create a tsunami. Air is essential for most of the organisms. But can also destroy houses and cause trees to fall, depending on how strong wind presents itself. Luke Skywalker teaches Rey in a similar way that Iroh does to Aang. So, the balance would only come when there’s a perfect understanding of how this dualism works. Well, that’s my opinion.
However unfortunately by misconseptions of the game he couldn't ever remove his mask because his lungs were so damaged by mustafar that he had to wear his mask always except when he was in his chamber. Though i really wish this was possible cause we would of truly seen the human side of him. Sadly all accounts every iteration of Darth Vader is shown emotionless and far from human.

But at some point, when Anakin is plagued by visions of Padmé dying during childbirth and all the Jedi can do is offer him platitudes about death being a natural part of life. *Anakin was manipulated by Palpatine (Palpatine who became Darth Sidious, The Sith Lord) to turn to the Dark Side, Sidious offered Anakin a way to save Padmè if he had joined him. Anakin joined the Dark Side just to save his beloved and was given the Darth Vader.* Although, Despite doing countless murders, Darth Vader always had that little bit of Anakin left in him. That was proven, When after a long long time, Darth Sidious was killing Luke Skywalker (Anakin Skywalker's son). That is when Vader/Anakin redeemed himself, *He ended both the Sith's (One, Darth Sidious. Second, The Apprentice of Sidious who was, Darth Vader himself.).* I hope this explanation is well enough, I'd well appreciate if anyone would correct me if I missed something.
If he died a long time ago, he would’ve been spared that would be his only mercy. If only he became a force ghost instead of Quon it would’ve been a lot better, or if he died on somehow or if somebody killed him would’ve put him out of his misery, things wouldn’t happen if Skywalker was gone, he would be with the force as Yoda would say, become one with it born on Dupin somebody make a video on him being born on Deuba alone by himself in solitude only the force I think Yoda should’ve made it should’ve left him there as a kid gave him the food and drinks and stuff, and left them onDeuba
But this what if could never have happened, As Anakin was the Chosen One. This is EXACTLY how this would have to be played out if there could be balance in the force. The Emperor would still have ruled but in some other way, Wouldn't he?
At least Joe Biden is better than Vader. In my opinion we all love Joe Moore. He’s the better Darth Vader he’s the Darth sniffer that’s why we love him, but I think he’s way better than Anakin. At least he wouldn’t cause the terrible things. At least he would fulfil the prophecy and not let those 10,000 to 6000 Jedi die screw with the prophecy, says the prophecy says when it actually means as the Jedi won’t be sacrificed none of them will, because I just like the thought of that all the Jedi get to live, neither one of them gets to go down
No, it doesn’t seem that good really I mean he is not that good he’s pretty terrible and so is Vader Anakin, Vader both are terrible galaxy would’ve been better off. If they were without them. None of this would’ve happened without you the clone wars it would’ve also been better.
