And someone meanwhile giving him water through a mcdonalds cup with a straw, like in this behind the scenes from the movies when someone is in a big suit
The fortress began construction 5 years after the rise of the empire was completed 2 years later depending on the timeline it might not be completed yet
@liamobrien4802 They could just make it to where that's just how his voice sounded when he grew older or when he's around smoke and other gaseous matter. A new VA can be good, if done correctly.
I like how they advertised him in the trailers like he was gonna be a big part and then he shows up for a minute, sits in a chair, and then never shows up again. Disney really thinks they can just throw Darth Vader into a show and we’ll all be like “OMG BEST SHOW EVER 10/10!”
He's still freshly maimed and burned at this point. Still kind of between worlds. Every movement pure agony. Unimaginable physical pain plus a ton of anger, regret, despair, rage..........he was not in a good place here and it was probably emanating off him. He didn't need to say anything.
Darth Vader: (Mechanical Breathing) The Jedi Knights are all but destroyed, but yet your task is not complete, Inquisitors, The Emperor foresees a new threat rising against him, the children of the Force, they must not become Jedi. Inquisitors: Yes, Lord Vader. Darth Vader: Hunt down this new enemy, if they would not serve the empire, eliminate them along with every surviving Jedi who would train them, this is my master’s command. Inquisitors: And so it will be done, my Lord
The very first words of the very first episode of the very first season of Rebels. Hard to believe Rebels premiered almost 10 years ago on Disney XD. Time flies super fast…
Same, where they can adapt the entire vader comics from 2019. The one where star wars theory did a whole 2hr commentary on. That with clone wars/bad batch animation series would be LIIIITT 🔥🔥🔥
Disney would have to pay John Williams, the composer, A LOT of money every time they do. And if there is one thing Disney DOES NOT want to do it is spend extra money.
This is why I don’t watch trailers to movies/shows I’m already interested in. There’s no point. I’m already convinced I want to see it. I’d rather be surprised than disappointed. This was an awesome cameo to me, I had no expectations to let down.
I know everyone wanted to hear Vader say something, which is to be expected but it’s too expected, I think his very presence and not saying anything but sitting there like some sort of dark presence almost i think is creepier and more foreboding

@@awc6007 If this conversation actually happened barris would be shocked to learn that Vader was Anakin and that Grand inquistor was one of the temple guards that arrested her
I just love how in Comics and even the TV shows the Grand Inquisitor and Vader are sort of like buddies. Buddies that could turn on each other at any given second but you get my point.
Im so shocked how amazing the animation looks When vader sat down on his chair and he frame of his side view I couldn't tell if it's irl or animated footage
Actually that’s the eighth brother, who has a similar helmet but the eighth brother is less skilled in lightsaber combat, has a helmet with a more outward-facing design vs Marrok’s inward helmet, and the eighth brother used the lightsaber to “fly” whereas Marrok did not. This line up includes the 6th brother, the fourth sister, the eighth brother, the Grand Inquisitor and Barriss.
@@NickMartinproductions yeah nah thats marrok. the eighth brother has a more flared helmet and doesnt have a little pointed bit on the top of his helmet.
like as usual, they only give us a taste of some cool stuff... now and then, and that's it... almost one or two minutes of content that it's satisfying to watch and it's related to what we wish to see : /
As someone who first knew Barris from novels... she is WAY DIFFERENT than she was in the Medstar 1 and 2 novels. In those books, she was a Jedi Healer, and got up to some pretty nice adventures but eventually got more or less enlightened to the point she was about to be knighted. Then Filoni and Lucas decided to alter that in the Clone Wars show, which basically deleted her whole original backstory.
She's a literal child at this point. Kenobi isn't until years later. She isn't even a bad character, she's well written just didn't need to be a focus of that show.
@@maulok8441how is Reva a good character? She wants revenge on Vader, so she joined the inquisitors to get revenge on him, even if it means killing Jedi in the process, then she gets the chance to kill Luke to get revenge on Vader, which is pointless since it would make her a hypocrite to avenge her friends who were killed by Vader. Also how could she survive getting stabbed by Vader twice? Especially as a child?
Darth maul literally survived being cut in half because of his hate their are multiple stories of sith surviving because of hate but y’all draw the line at Reva it makes no sense
Since he didn't really care about the inquisitors, I can imagine Vader being like, "Alright, listen and listen well. I don't like any of you, to me you are all worthless and I can kill any of you without a second thought. But as long as you serve the empire, you might live."
This would be cool if he wasn't promoted in the trailers. They should've done what they did with Leia in Rouge One. If they did that, then everyone, including me, would think it was cool than lame.
I don’t like inquisitors because obi wan said Vader hunted down all the Jedi and it implied that he himself went after all the remaining ones not sat around while other people did. It makes Vader more threatening that no remaining Jedi could ever defeat him in battle until Luke did in episode 6.
vader looks amazing, but i seriously have no idea why recent star wars shit avoids using the imperial march, that shit should be blasting every time that man enters a room
I don’t like how they’re moving away from stylistic animation to more realistic animation, just looking at Vader and the Grand Inquisitor makes them feel like they don’t belong because they look too much like their live action counterparts and makes the show feel like it’s made up of different assets. Just have a consistent style and go with it, make it feel like it’s own thing instead of mashing together different designs.
Every since the ahsoka series, Filoni realised that nostalgia is one hell of a drug. So he'll do anything to include Vader/Anakin to get more views. In the Ahsoka series it was ridiculous, everyone constantly talks about Anakin, even Hera asks about him. I never remember anyone asking Kanan about his master. But here everyone needs to know more about Anakin
This story was so pointless to tell... they literally just showed us what we all assumed happened to her, but in the most boring way possible. They had the perfect opportunity to use both Vader and Ashoka, where it wouldn't have felt forced but just didn't. Ashoka, being the Jedi she finds, would've been better. Vader, being the one to train her and then cutting off a limb like he did to the other inquisitors, would've been better... Her redemption arc should've started her off being dark and killing jedi, and then she hunted down Ashoka, and she's the one that influences Barris to turn back. There was just such a better story with what they had to work with.
The inquisitor storyline is so stupid. The Emperor was the main enforcers of the Rule of Two and yet some comic book writer decided it would be fun to add some other force wielders for the dark side. BOOOORIIING!!!
Honestly, this scene was so poorly done. I don't think Vader would have time to make an entrance like this and sit in a tiny throne. He would have been searching for Kenobi and other Jedi that survived order 66. This scene did not make him intimidating
