Darwin and Greenbriar shoots 

Before I moved to France, I made videos about the natural areas around Tulsa. In this one, I explain how plants protect themselves from herbivores. Greenbriars have bitter chemicals in them, but in the spring, their fresh shoots are tender and delicious.
