Daryoush and David  

Here’s just some unedited sparring footage between two of our students in the big kids/teens class. David has been with us for years and Daryoush, a few months shy a year. David demonstrates really good technique and restraint while training with his less-experienced partner. Sound technique in Jiu-Jitsu because it promotes safety, skill development, confidence, discipline, strategy and longevity in the sport. Sound technique is a value that we promote in our academy because practicing it ensures the safety and comprehension of our students and the ability to continue their Jiu-Jitsu journey for many, many years.
