Funny little plothole I found, due to a tidbit of fact. Charlie has Bella's "immunity". Logically, his blood should be almost as bacony as well. So why has no vamp ever gone for him? If Aro and the others want powerful ones, Charlie has fully developed muscles, and is decently big at 6'0". He'd be like Bella, only a ****ton stronger.

Well humans could destroy vampires today. But if the Romanians did take over the world, and enslaved humanity, one could presume we would not have made the advancements in science that we have today. So, in away in Meyer's universe the human population kind of owe their freedom to the Volturi.

@nicolebmoviesFTW2 Hey, if I were being paid to do this like Meyer gets paid to write books, I'd be sure NOT to end sentences with prepositions, believe me. :D Thing about the guide is that Meyer waited way, way too long to release it. She should have released it very shortly after Breaking Dawn. This Guide has received very little attention--interest in her work is waning, and I think she knows it.

Necroposting as usual, but this whole "it's bad to end a sentence with a preposition" myth just irks me. It's simply not true. Not only is it grammatically correct to end a sentence with a preposition, but it's also perfectly good form. Other than that, I do so love these videos and must have watched them a dozen times (and read your recaps even more often). You did such an amazing job tearing these terrible books apart. It's an inspiration.

Too bad that you ended here. Is there a possibility that you would ever read the part about the werewolves and show the world how stupid it is to confuse those Children of the Moon and the Quileute werewolves? As well how sexist the physical and social make-up of Meyer's Quileute is?
It seems she is becoming most desperate with regards to her work in general. Her recent book, The Host is causing me to fear for the world of literature. Almost as much as that publicized twilight fanfiction, Fifty Shades of Grey -shivers- that husk of a character haunts my soul, especially her crazy alter egos. I think the only real up side to that trilogy would be the writer's non-douchebaggary towards her fans. She doesn't talk down to the people whom made her books sell unlike some authors
These profiles just get dumber by the moment, and while i have read some of the guide i didnt read it all and james laurent and victoria where no special people in fact i think i found james profile the dumbest profile of them all. not even a paragraph in and she was insulting him. personally i found james character too be hot (well at least in the movie) but i am really irrited at how she did her bad guys. all the good guys are the most beautiful creatures on earth all the bad guys are ugly
The fact that the Volturi "didn't want to expend resources" on chasing the Romanians down is even dumber considering they have that tracker that can "track minds". Add Alec in there, and the Romanians wouldn't even be able to fight back. Wow, two people, that's a lot of resources.
