Dollar tree has some little red spatulas that are good for the griddle and easier to flip items.

That looks great, I have one of these mini griddles, but I don't know where I put it, I'll find it soon though. Try this, before the egg is done (before you want to flip it), put a little bit of water in there, then close the lid back up real quick. You might not need to flip it at all. Amazon accidentally sent me the Dash Griddle and the Waffle Maker on Prime day. Iwas too lazy to send either back. Both are nice but the Griddle is my favorite. The Waffle Maker works best for items that dont want to cook evenly or in the middle. For example, canned croissants stuffed with cheese omelets, big cookies, etc.

A frying pan is faster, and you can cook more than one at the same time.
