Probably an obvious question, but I am wondering how you dealt with the a/c lines when you removed the hvac for the truck? Do you have to evacuate the refrigerant? How hard are those lines to disconnect/reconnect?
Once you got it all back together was it worth it to take all that out and do the Kilmat? Been watching a few videos and get mixed reports, but you are the first I’ve seen to add nioco as well
I've seen people make a shift boot out of the sound deadener for there floor shifter and that really does a number on sound from through there. Just goes right under the stock shift boot. I know this is pretty much tied up now but it's not a hard area to get to.
Did you ever progress any further than episode 4 on the dash install? Looking to do pretty much all the same conversions you're doing on my truck, only mine is not a dually. Great videos man, keep it up.
@@FixItNick yes and if I would do the same as you then it would be very expensive for me because I would have to order everything and have it sent to Europe
Are you going to use the newer Column with the Column helper as well? Your video's have been super helpful as I am getting ready to attempt this as well.
I forgot to mention, living on wheels has the noise test of before and after on his truck so u might want to compare to that. It's on his video when he installed killmat
Unfortunately not quite as simple of a compare since I am running single shots and he still has split shots. I anticipate his truck will be a lot quieter than mine is.
