"That wide pedal on the left of the gas? Forget about it. If you lose control, just mash the gas to the floor, hold on, and pray like Hell you make it home for dinner!!"
Let's see, a car is pulling out ahead in front of me but instead of merely braking and easily avoiding it, let me honk my horn and swear when I make contact. Brilliant plan.
I love these video's but they never cease to surprise me as to how fantastically bad some drivers can be. I seems to me that the main problems with Russian drivers is they appear to have problems with spacial awareness and drive way to fast for the conditions.
I think also instead of taking a driving course they just buy their license from their friendly local corrupt official, grab that liter of vodka and hit the road. :-)
🇺🇸 English: No, but your comrades do. Chances are you are a better driver!
Правительства всего мира виновны в убийствах, преступлениях и несправедливостях против самих себя, включая Америку С наилучшими пожеланиями, сэр 😊🇺🇸 *In English:* You are right, sir, and I totally agree with you. It is insulting to tell Maria that her friends drink while driving. I'm sorry! I should have chosen my words more carefully. I should have said, “Some of your *neighbors* do. But I'm sure you are a much better driver!" You are right, I am American. As for the fact that I am a stereotype, because I think that all Russians love communism and drink too much vodka (or some similar Russian stereotype), you are wrong. I had Russian friends here in Texas. I really don't like communism. I believe it is cruel and mistreating to its people. But I have nothing but respect and gratitude for the Russian people... *[English Translation Incomplete]*
There is a very special kind of Russian crash you hardly see anywhere else in dashcam videos: Speeding past slow or waiting cars into crossings. A recipe for disaster. A very special breed of idiots seems to live somewhere in Russia and sport that on a regular basis.
A dead horse has faster reflexes than most of these people. It appears everyone in Russia is obsessed with passing everyone else in Russia or risk being labeled as a "Girly-Man". A suggestion: Manufacturers should put the horn button on the brake pedal and they would save thousands of lives each year. :-)
Not reflexes
The mentality behind all this couldn't be more alien to me even if the perpetrators came from somewhere near Betelgeuse. Beats me, really. In fact if I was watching this footage with visitors from Betelgeuse I'd fully expect them to ask me if I'd like to join them on their journey back home to get away from all those life threatening proceedings. I'd be sorely tempted.
If only it were that simple... In fact, it is necessary to pass training in a driving school, which lasts 3 months and costs 25,000 rubles (the average monthly salary), then pass exams in a driving school, then pass exams in the traffic police. You need to learn 800 tickets, the exam will have 20 questions where you can make 2 mistakes, but for each mistake you will add 5 more questions where you can't make mistakes. Then the exam is taken at the automobile training ground, which consists of 7 exercises. And after that, the exam is taken in the city in a real environment (this is the most difficult and unpredictable). Now police officers take bribes very rarely, so it is very difficult to buy a driver's license
Especially for those who write something about Russia. If you install video cameras in all cars in your country and provide people with inexpensive fast Internet as in Russia (unlimited Internet 100 MB/s at a price of$ 7-10 per month), you will see a lot of similar videos from your country.
The Russian Dash Cam video shows the real fire. No real traffic laws? Speeding in winter, not even snow tying, it seems to be a mysterious country without pedestrian protection itself.
Driving in Russia - The more it snows, the faster you goes. Ignore situations developing in front of you. Try to never use the brakes. The stuff happening outside your windscreen is just a movie, not to worry!
In my opinion, anybody that's out driving in those conditions in that kind of weather deserves whatever they get because nobody in their right mind would be out in that.
@@oldschool6232 Actually the learning part they should do in driving school, not bribe the examiners and then 'learn' on the fucking roads and kill people. As for God. Would you still say that if some idiot killed your family?
@@happydays8171 they probabably did get hurt. One of the ways you can die is by falling off the sled and the dogs not hearing or seeing you fall off and they carry on leaving you in the middle of nowhere with no equipment in freezing temperatures.
What is the difference between a Russian driver and a German driver? The Russian driver drives fast, but the German driver knows how, when and where to drive fast.
I see that Common Sence does not rule when driving in inclement weather. Perhaps Russia should have strick driving rules like in Germany, where I believe one has to be tested often when driving, especially on the Autobahn.
Looks like in Russia, a lot of intersections without traffic light or a STOP sign. Complicates driving rules with main route rule, or interference on the right or whatever rule. Not like in US. You either have a traffic light or a stop sign on each and every intersection. And you do not need special stupid pedestrian signs in the middle of a busy road.
