Speed was not a factor, stupidity was not a factor, age was not a factor, icy roads were not a factor, Vodka, well...... that is part of life in cold country.!

Well @7:48 No amount of training can correct such things. These are people belonging in jail. And for the snow, it is so far north. The sun has very little influence in the winter. I lived in Madison, WI for a couple of years. Even if it is cold during winter it is not very much north of the Mediterranean Sea. And also, the ABS systems on cars are generally adjusted for high friction driving. On some cars (my own experience) ABS does not work at all during slippery conditions. Some have a "fail mode" where the car pumps the brakes every 500 ms.
Here in the States they taught us another Option. When we are driving 90 and something appears to be stopped in front of us we can simply take our foot of the accelerator (the one that makes the car go) and place the foot on the brake pedal just to the left of the accelerator. This pedal (brake Pedal) will slow down your car.
I've noticed time and time again when someone knocks a biker off their bike, the car driver who caused it by not looking in their mirror and pulling out, looks at their car damage before seeing if they've just killed someone!
I think you seen the wrong shit.. That motorcycle was flying .. Motorcycle riders want to race all the time.. The only ones that drive safe or the Harleys they just cruise them.. The crotch rockets..90% are always flying
I have noticed through all of the road rage violence 99% of all drivers pull over when they see an accident to see if they can help, perhaps civility is not dead.
in many country its against the law not to stop, you have to stop and help, and give assistance, even if you do help you can be charged with their death or injury if assistance you give makes them worse, so either way your screwed
In Russia you don't loiter by the road, walk, ride a bike, drive a motorcycle, car, van, bus, truck or tram. Your best bet is to get an in home job and never ever go out of the house. (I haven't seen a vehicle slam into a house. Yet.)
13:15 I like those funky old Russian vans. They're sort of a mix between an old Ford Econoline and a VW Bus. I wonder if I could import a few and sell em here.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS FOR RUSSIANS.. GO STRAIGHT! GO FAST! If there's ANYTHING else; other cars, curves, corners, snow, lights, pedestrians, THEY..... CAN'T..... DRIVE!
I don't know what it is like now, but many years ago in Germany, you did not want to not yield to pedestrians in a crosswalk. Consequences of that were not good. What is it in Russia? I can't believe how insane these images are.
