I'm an Uber Driver and I enjoy your sarcasm as well as your work ethic. I don't mind that you complain because you work your butt off. If the math ain't mathin' are we supposed to be AI? That's what the algorithm wants. You give me boundaries and balls. I don't have enough money to pay you but I support you and appreciate you. Thank you for making me laugh.
Yes, of all the Dash-Tubers you are the MOST FUN to ride along with. I love your sense of humor and your authenticity. Your videos never feel 'scripted' or like you're trying too hard to be entertaining, even though I know its a lot of work editing and making videos. Thanks, they make my day and motivate me to go out and dash.
I need to have my cash all facing the same way, too. Some people are okay with those heads all going in different directions- madness. 😂 Rooting for you!!
A tip I use for those huge pizzas that won't fit in a bag is I keep a cheapo thermal blanket (the thin silver colored ones) in my car and wrap it around the box. Works better than a bag lol
The teslas have something called a tesla super charger which can range from 15-45 minutes to charge. The positives of an EV car is that the car doesn’t need gas which means you save so much on daily dashing costs. EV charging can be as low as 6 dollars per day to 15 dollars per day to fully charge up depending on the location you’re charging at. You can charge using a regular level 1 slow charge or a level 2 fast charge which costs slightly more but is faster.
I'm making my way through all your videos, absolutely addictive to watch you dash. To comment on the EV bit -- I recently traded in a Chevy Bolt for a Tesla and your experience with a Bolt is accurate. I'm lucky enough to have a garage so the 250 mile range was plenty for daily driving. The Bolt is a great car for daily driving and if you can charge at home would be awesome for a delivery driver, it easily gets a full charge overnight if you have a proper charger installed at your house. Teslas (on the Superchargers) can charge 10-80% in about 15 minutes now, but the Bolt's "fast charge" speeds cap out at 1/5 most other EVs these days. For other new EVs (and all Teslas), it really just depends on the charger you're using and what it's capable of. Sure you can charge off a regular wall outlet but 10-80% is going to take 24+ hours. The main benefit is cost. Maintenance? Virtually none. No oil changes, no fluids to add other than windshield washer fluid. A full tank of gas where I am runs $60+, a full charge at home is under $2.
My fav vid was when u when into a building and the elevator needed a key then u went on the doors into the stairs and u got locked out and had to go out the building.. u were just frustrated why the customer just not comes outside !! I was like so true it'd crazy what must do for that money 💰your videos entertained me
They did that to me the other day (multiple dashers came to pick up order). As I was asking for the order, it came through as canceled. They told me that since I was driving anyway, I wouldn’t get paid anything. Well I drove to the restaurant to get it!!
I love how you are just out there with your personality fun and sassy, making us laugh. I’m curious what market you are in? I don’t think I have ever heard you say that in a video. We get a lot of flack for trying to be top dashers but at the end of the day we are doing what is best for our wallets, right? Like you said at the beginning don’t watch or go do you. I have a Village Inn in my market too so it was cool to see that 😊Wendys for me is 50/50 lol
Or maybe they could suck it up and give you a break. I mean it is obviously no picnic for you. Thanks for sharing your life with us. Take care. Bye for now.
The teslas charge pretty fast at the charging station my boyfriend has one as long as you have 30 minutes ya good to go for a full charge if not almost full ( if you were very low that is ) we charge the car at home mostly almost never have to charge outside except if going on 2-3 hr trips … pretty efficient 😊
There are 3 levels of charging stations. The Teslas were probably at the Level 3 charging station, which would only take about 15 minutes to get 200 miles of range. When you had your. bolt you must have been plugged into a Level 2 station. I don't think all Bolts come with Level 3 capability - I believe it's an add on if you want it.
Not that I don’t enjoy your outbursts of “how do I get out of here?” I laugh every time you say it. Have you considered using your GPS to get out of the mazes? Put in the address of the shopping center you want to head to?
I did not have my hot bag on my very first day, but it would be better if you have it. I would also suggest getting one on Amazon. I got a big one that fits pizzas and everything. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09YLP3M9M
