your should learn statistics too( you will need it after sometime when you get some hands on experience on projects and companies, in fact Power BI does'nt use excel it more upto DAX tha tis pretty much similar to SQL, and at last as a experienced data analyst you can move to ML and AI with some sort of linear algebra and calculus with SAS and R, ML more used R and python for modules as he said numpy, pandas and matplotlib it all we have to learn to get into data analytics!! have a good day of learning something new, byee!!
Not really but with internships, working at startups with very little amount or for free and then working on freelance projects, you will be in a much better place than a CS degree holder as per real word exp. But in order to get maximum number of interview calls, you should complete a degree. But CS degree is really good if you spend next 3/5 years learning.

There is no job for fresher on data field I also done data analyst course and done vertual internship, but still there is no job call, only getting call center job calls
apply for Google data analytics apprenticeship program... which will change your career... it's a paid apprenticeship (they will teach you along with giving you salary)... so go for it... keep checking Google apprenticeship data analytics on Internet they will update very soon for this role
