Great guide man! Just two points i wanted to add: -In his skull phase, where you do combo after the skull emerges, he screams "settle down" and dashes at you! After you dodge it, flowmotion to him when he appears and you get another combo! And then, just like before, he dashes at you, dodge that and he appears in the middle to do his scythe spin attack! Punish that and you deplete almost all of his armor! This might be important for people who try to beat him with pro codes on since you might not get enough time to deplete his armor with the miniscule damage you do! -The attack where he throws his scythe two times and strikes the ground with 4 large ground portals is easily punishable! Do everything you said to avoid the attack and then flowmotion to him after he strikes the ground to punish!
You don't have a choice. Marluxia doesn't give you an opening to attack him until the very last second-not until he slams the ground at the very end. I've seen some RU-vidrs cast perfectly timed Firaga spells on him in between his scythe throws when he has his pink Armor glow, and that knocks him out of his DM and gives you a chance to finish him early, but getting that to work requires PERFECT timing and foresight that most people can't pull off. Barring that, you simply have to wait until it's down to the last split second. Trying to punish him before he does that final ground slam simply doesn't work.
I had this issue to, remove all your combo ability, then avoid doing Aerial combo just do ground combo I don't know why but Aerial Combo add more to his Revenge Value so it makes him break out faster.
Nesouk Kefka RV is weird in kh3 cause apparently, normal hits add more RV than finishers. Which is why bosses break out of aerial combos faster because aerial dive counts as 4 normals hits which rack up a lot of RV. I still keep all combo pluses tho since I’m confident in my combo canceling
