What do you guys think of the CSA role? Next week's video is going to be tricks I learned about data science from work experience - make sure you're subscribed so you don't miss it!
Thank you for the insights. I wonder about how the roles Cloud solution architect / Cloud architect / solution architect and enterprise architect fit together. From your explanation I would say that solution architects are domain experts and a CSA is using cloud services to solve a problem while a SA might use on premise solutions as well. EA and CA seem to be similar as well covering IT strategy while the CA is again focusing on cloud solutions while the EA is covering on prem as well. Does this fit with how you experience these roles at ms?
Nice videos! Personal touch and productivity tips, great :) One thing, when you edit the videos, try to keep a constant volume throughout the scenes, the iphone mic is a bit low while the music is booming and I had to constantly change the volume :) Keep up the good work
Hi! You can look for jobs on LinkedIn or on careers.microsoft.com and apply there. I also recommend finding people on LinkedIn who have the type of jobs you’re interested in and asking them about their team to see if it’s a good match! Good luck!
Thank you for this video. What salary are you making? I'm sorry if my question is too personal! I'm considering launching a cloud solution architect career. I'm doing research to see if this is for me.
Hey Iulia! It's always great to watch your vlogs with your bright smile everytime! I've a question about Azure certification exams(for Data Science and AI), do they help a candidate improve their employability in this field? I'm asking you this because you've already been there and you must be knowing how much value addition they create for an individual. Thank you!! Shashank
Hey Shashank, thank you that's great to hear glad you like the videos :) I took the certificates as part of the learning on the job (so after I was hired already). All the architects in our teams have to do them (ai engineer, data engineer, data science). I'm not sure if taking the certificate for the diploma will increase the employability - I guess depends what the company values; but having the skills for them is definitively a plus. I would recommend doing the learning paths for them (which are free) and making sure you can check off all the requirements and explain that potential employers? Since the test itself costs like 150 euros I think. btw the checklist and the learning paths are at docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/azure-data-scientist Best of luck!
Thanks for the recommendation algorithm. I love your channel so much. Love from Maastricht. You inspired me that even though I know little about data science but still push myself to learn more. Thank you!!!!!1❤️
I think more client meetings now, more about explaining things to them and maybe walking them through coding, and then I code in my own time when I build a demo for them or try to figure something out on my own so I can explain it. But I don't have a product I work on or a deliverable that has to be built by me as much :)
Hey Their one of Ur oldest follower here😅..hope you could read this from Ur busy schedule...I actually wanted your opinion miss.. Is post baccalaureate diploma in marketing and data analytics is worth doing? .. What do you think of it ..does it have future ...bcus I have just completed my bachelor's degree and I m passionate about being Data Scientist or Analytics. Had achieved Tableau Data Scientist Badge but all those online certification doesn't necessarily equip me with a real skills that I might need I think... that's y I m choosing to do that course.. Pls let me know your honest opinion ...also sorry for big question...btw you are the best 🙌🏼
Hi! Thanks for being subscribed for so long that's awesome! I am not sure what that type of diploma is like so wouldn't know for sure. It really depends what types of employers your going after and what they value - that can depend per country, per company, per role, etc. Practical experience is always a plus though! It's great to do something you think prepares you for the type of work you want to do :) good luck!
Hey lulia, just came across your channel. I was looking for jobs in data science related content. Im finishing my BSc in computer science and looking to apply for masters in either ai or data science. So I find your content really informative and fun!! Great job :)
